The listing said 28 for parking when it was 45 in actuality for valet or self, staff was rude when we checked in and housekeeping didn't knock. Clean and reasonably nice otherwise

Terrible service
-
Hotel room was nice and clean when we got there. The location was nice and convenient with a store across the street. However some of the hotel staff were not unprofessional and not helpful at all. A request for room service of our room was made on the second day; front desk staff was contacted early morning and stated they’d put in a request to offer room service cleaning for us. We did not hear back from them for hours so we contacted the front desk again in the afternoon. The manager, Janel, was very argumentative over the phone when we contacted them from the hotel room’s phone about never receiving room service at all. Instead of providing us with an alternative solution to our request, she continued to argue over the phone and when being asked at the front desk of the issue. There has been previous complaints about Janel’s professionalism in the past and I’d advise anyone looking to stay at this hotel to be cautious of upper management and some of the services. However, most other staff at the hotel were very nice and very professional.

3rd floor was decent.
-
The 5th floor has a filthy carpet that has the hallway smelling like funky feet, the room door was broken, the bathroom wall had some nasty splatter all over it, and there was human and dog hair everywhere.
-
Only issue was not hot water
-
Breakfast was OK not much to choose from.
-
Clean, with very comfortable beds, a great kitchenette (in my room, at least), & a better than average breakfast. Be aware that the “cooked-to-order” breakfast sounds more expansive than it really is; but it’s still better than average.

clean rooms & soft linens

The room was so humid that my feet felt wet on the non-carpeted floor. It seemed to be a swamp cooler in the room rather than an air conditioner - insanely loud too. Also, they want $40 for lot parking or $28 plus tip for valet. The alternative is street parking that you have to start paying at 7am and can only be purchased 2 hours at a time. Room did not feel especially clean, but maybe that was amplified by being so damp. Not a good experience.

All the staff were very kind. We enjoyed our time here very much.

Loved our stay! It is perfectly located next to a really cool food hall and shopping area. Valet and hotel staff were just amazing and super helpful! The room was very clean and I had no concerns. Pool wasn't super big but honestly, we did not come for the pool it just happened to be a nice amenity! It is just a few minutes from downtown and a good resting place between stops. We will definitely be back!

Parking was a bit annoying as it is more expensive to self park than to valet. Small valet area a make it more challenging for unloading and loading. The valets was very helpful. I personally didn’t like area. I would not stay there again.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was excellent!! Pool was nice and outdoor area. Parking cost was a shock $40 a day to park yourself and $28 a day for valet.

Really enjoyed my stay I will return

They placed dirty towels in the bathroom and it wasn’t accidental because you have to be blind not to see the stains on the towels that was placed in the bathroom.
-
The staff was so kind and caring, it made our 5 day stay even better! If you put the address in Google, it will take you to the back side of the building. Also, if you came from out of state and need a quick meal on the first night - just walk across the street to the Fondry. Enjoy!

Everything was wonderful
