Element by Marriott St. Louis Midtown

The hotel stay itself was fine. We enjoy the location and having breakfast provided is helpful. However we had to validate parking for $47, our car was never removed from the street and our key was lost!! Also, our room could’ve been cleaner. Baseboards need dusting, chairs had stains, and the walls could use a good wipe down.

The hotel had a very bright and modern decor. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing to note.

We would appreciate for more light in the room. One of the lights at the headboard is not working. More rail on the wall in the bathroom to hang wet towels or when changing clothes inside. The hair blower has no warm or hot air so I had problem drying my hair and smooth out curls.

It was good and the staff friendly Computer failure which caused reservations to be canceled and valet parking area to be backed up

Nice place, however it is VALET ONLY! $45 to park overnight and after 11pm limited access to your vehicle. I won’t stay there again just for that fact!

Our only complaint was that our tv only worked our first night, then we lost signal. We let the front desk know 3 times. We were told they would let maintenance know right away. No one ever came to fix it.

Do not stay here, they eliminated the security team, increased the parking per day to forty-five dollars, valet drivers are high on marijuana, Customers being towed right and left.

The location and cleanliness and the staff was great!

DO NOT STAY HERE - THEY WILL TOW your car; the Valet employee is high as a kite. I witnessed him take a customer's keys home with him. They got rid of the security officers, they patrol the back parking lot looking to tow anyone who pulls in just to not park at Valet, no one states YOU have to park at Valet until you walk into the hotel and then they do not ask you if you have a car or give information that you will get towed. Over four hundred in cash to get your car out of the shadiest tow truck place and you have to Uber over there to get your car. I saw numerous customers over this past week get towed; it was really bad. You should not have to pay forty-five dollars a night to park. Also, no hot water, and I had to wipe down the surfaces with soapy water because they were not clean. This is not the Element I love to stay at and I will not return. My co-workers that stayed as well felt the same.

We had a great stay while spending a few days in St.Louis. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Property was as described Support staff wasn’t helpful in multiple situations. Seemed to not want to be at work or not be helpful to me.

this hotel is very unique and comfortable for anyone with all and more essentials. more vallet instructions when booking would be nice
