Studio 6 Extended Stay - St Louis, MO - Westport/Craig Road

Outside property is unkept. Rooms are ok. We did see some cockroaches in our bathroom. No amenities were available other than WiFi. They do not provide any type of kitchen equipment. Bed was uneven. Carpet in room was stained. Kitchen area has not been mopped in a while. Stove and oven did work good.

This hotel lied about all the things on their website. I do not ever recommend for anyone to stay at this place. They will charge you twice after booking your room as well. Do not stay here.

The front desk moved me to another room, but that room also had bugs. When I asked to be moved again because I didn’t feel safe sleeping there, I was told there would be an additional charge for another room. Charging a guest more money after placing them in multiple infested rooms is completely unacceptable. The property itself was in terrible condition. The bathroom had mold, the grounds were unkempt with overgrown grass, and the entire motel looked neglected and poorly maintained. It was obvious cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities here. I expected a basic level of cleanliness and customer service, but this stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Thankfully, I documented everything with photos and videos. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here think twice. I certainly won’t be back.

The uniqueness is that it should not be open for business. I booked it through Expedia months in advance, paid for it in full and they still charged me $80 more. I didn’t stay I had to book a new hotel urgently before dark. Expedia did not help and I had to front the costs. Dirty and unkept

Although the listing said it had free breakfast, the desk staff said since every room had a kitchen, there was no need for breakfast. HOWEVER the kitchen had no plates, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, mugs, etc. Not even a wrapped plastic glass to get a drink of water. No coffee maker. The front desk staff don't come in until 10 AM. The door didn't close properly, so the hotel was insecured the whole night. They also charged a security deposit, which was not refunded as of yet. I will NOT be staying there again.

Stove top didn’t work on one side

This place need to be cheaper for what it is. It’s not clean. Bugs all over. The tv didn’t work. The stove had the light on like the stove was on when it wasn’t. The staff isn’t really friendly besides the one older lady and a man. It looked and felt like a flew bag motel. I don’t normally complain and I didn’t. Leaving this I think maybe more helpful.

Rooms were so dirty they charged for incidental fee and they never return them back

At my first check in, the gentleman was nice and respectful when he knew I struggled to hear (I am Deaf) and used my voice to text app for the communication.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was in terrible condition—everything was either rusted, stained, or looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. It was obvious that very little effort went into maintaining or cleaning the room. To make matters even worse, there were roaches. That was completely unacceptable and made the stay extremely uncomfortable. I would never stay here again, and I truly wish there was a way to get my money back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a nice stay. The staff were helpful and fun to chat with.

There was no hot water. The team did the best

There was no hot water the whole weekend. The stove had one burner that worked. Had to purchase pots and pans to be able to cook. The kitchen and bedroom had ants. There wasn't any extra toilet paper.

Room was clean enough no problem there…. Other similar rooms in area run about $80 but they were about $20 more and all of the hidden fees that had to be paid that were not mentioned on hotels.com had to be paid! I understand the $70 deposit so in case people smoke in or trash room because you get that back but utility fees???? Just weird, no other hotels do that and the property was a bit overgrown with weeds and the stairwells and hallways dirty and musty smelling! I’ll go to another place in future because of those reasons!

Wasn't anything I was looking forward to... they also had tons of roaches!
