Studio 6 Extended Stay - St Louis, MO - Westport/Craig Road

Everything was perfect

No amenities of any kind. Hidden fees. I still haven't received my deposit back. Exterior doors were broken. Paint in the bathtub. I'll not be booking here again.

Just a ran down place.

The kitchenette had busted cabinets and were filthy. There was nothing to cook with. There weren't any tissues or paper towels in the room. The door to the room would not fully close. When we locked it, the door still open up by an inch. The TV was maybe a 27 inch at the most. The desk attendant was rude, angry, and extremely dismissive.

The room smelled like urine, the neighbors were loud and blasting music, the room wasn't clean, and the sheets were used. The side door was left wide open for anyone to walk into the hotel without a key....Never. Again. Had to sleep in my car for the night.

Roaches!

The doors lock at 10pm. You cannot leave your room and go back after 10pm because they are locked! I had to use a rock to prop the door while we loaded our things because we had to leave for the airport at 5am.

Our room door won't shut. There is no shower curtain nor a pillow cases. Everything is terrible and run down. Go spend a little more somewhere else.

The staff were nice. I did have to go buy shampoo and conditioner because none was provided. You could smell pot in the hallways it’s extended stay so I kind of understand. I think I was charged an additional 114.00 on top of what I was charged from Expedia. I didn’t leave the room a mess and I checked out before 11. There was no one at the desk so I put my key in the box. I don’t know if the 114.00 was my desposit and they kept it but there was no reason I shouldn’t have gotten it back.

Room was extremely run down and both hallways and room had a terrible smell. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but feel like I got ripped off from the Expedia listing.

Hall and room smelled like mildew

Nothing it is very nasty I saw mice running in the hallway. The nasty upkeep of the hotel. The towels had stains from previous users also the bed.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was as gross as you can get. Mold, dirt, cigarette smell. I would recommend not staying here ever

I am a world traveler and have been on over 20 trips in the USA and at least 10 outside it. Stayed in over 100 hotel rooms, and that's lowballing it. I would say it’s in the bottom 30% of all stays. That includes 5-star hotels and hostels. Hope this helps.

They never gave me back my security deposit. You reach the management or the front desk

Do not stay here. I booked a room and was not able to check in. There were no employees on site. The lobby was locked up. They had a number posted outside of the lobby to call for assistance. After calling the number it went straight to an automated system and wouldn’t allow you to leave a voicemail or talk to anyone. I ended up have to find a new hotel late at night.

Dirty bathroom. Shower was horrible. Dirty carpet. Overall it was very bad. We will never get there again

The night clerk was the worst person that I have ever encountered in my 60 + years of life. She was arrogant, dishonest, trifling, lazy 40 minutes late answering call, spent her time outside entertaining friends instead of working, refused to register my room that was booked, discourteous, several rooms were not even cleaned or prepared for guest use. I could go on but I will simply say it's the last time ever that I will stay at any Motel 6. Waiting on my unused paid room charge to be reimbursed.

They did NOT have a room for us, did NOT care that I had a paid confirmation. I was 700 miles from home, traveling with my dogs and it was 1 am when I arrived. I had no where to go or safely sleep that night. The place was run down, seedy clientele milling about. In retrospect it was probably for the best, but at the time I was out $$ and had no where to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
