Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Orleans Airport South by IHG

The show didn’t work I notified front desk at 11:30pm and an offer to move to another room was offered but i declined to late to leave room. By 8am maintenance was at room and changed shower head

Great stay!

We needed to return a rental car the evening before our flight and the hotel picked us up from the rental car return and then took us to the airport the next morning. Very convenient location to the airport and has food close by.

Appreciated the staff, shuttle to the airport, free breakfast, a the restaurant attached. It made being stuck due to a canceled flight bearable.

The people were very accommodating

The room was ice cold which was greatly appreciated! Embossed toilet tissue, folded towels with a flair, spotless room…. Exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Thank you for a great stay. Anytime I fly out of New Orleans you will be my hotel of choice.

My bathroom tub was broken the shower and bath goes on the same time. Towels had stains on them Pool was dirty didn’t use it . Had to put a towel in the tub due to it being dirty

Clean room. The bed was comforter better than some 5 star hotels I stayed. Will stay again

No breakfast, , because the lady didn't come to work . Very disappointed won't stay there again... Front desk told me she's done that before... Not sure why a hotel chain like holiday inn doesn't have a back up plan .

The staff was very helpful. I arrived late on my flight ✈️ and Ira the staff made sure I got my accommodations, he went above and beyond the call of duty. I booked my room for the wrong date and he fixed it immediately. I greatly appreciate you. Love ❤️ Lady V

Clean, the shuttle guy was very friendly. It was close to the airport.

The room was clean. The bummer was that I booked it because i had a flight cancellation and wanted free airport shuttle. The woman working the desk was nice but i was disappointed to heard it was not operational due to maintenance. The other issue i had was my room 370. The door jamb was crooked and I had to put my bodyweight on it to open and close it. The actual deadbolt would not extend because of how the door sat in the jamb.

Stay before flying. Great location & clean hotel

The hotel is very close to the airport and very well maintained. I chose this hotel because our party of six needed to book the airport shuttle. I overheard the check in clerk tell another guest that the shuttle was not available due to maintenance. I ended up having to keep the rental car for another day. The beds are very high which might be a problem for older guests and the ac unit was loud. The breakfast was adequate. Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

The positive was that it had a nice restaurant next door. The stay would have been wonderful had I not found questionable hair in my bedding. After much time and effort on my end, I was able to obtain new bedding.
