Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Orleans Airport South by IHG

The room was pretty clean and staff were good. Very good variety for the free breakfast. Not much around the area but there are a few restaurants in walking distance. You will need transportation, whether car, taxi, Uber or Lyft from the hotel to the Bourbon Street, Canal and French Quarters area and it's about a 20min ride. There is a free airport shuttle to and from hotel.

Great place to stay when flying out of NO

Great stay. Staff was kind and friendly both shuttle drivers were wonderful. Love it. Nice close to the airport. Breakfast is a plus

Holiday Inn shuttle took me to the wrong Holiday Inn and left. I had to Uber to the other Holiday Inn.

room You need to pay for the parking and with all the parking available is inconceivable

We booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle. The drop-off was fine. The pick-up was terrible. We waited an hour for pick-up and the shuttle never arrived after a few calls. We ended up getting a taxi to get back to the hotel to pick up our car.
