Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight! The place look like it’s having some repairs done to it!

Clean rooms

I was only there for about 7 hours…long enough to sleep…before my early morning flight. The staff were helpful and EZ was the shuttle driver. He was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel has recently been purchased and he said they are doing major renovations. The location doesn’t scream stay here, but it did feel safe and was definitely worth what I paid. If you just need a place to stay and aren’t concerned with proximity to restaurants and other amenities, my room was clean and well equipped with a mini fridge and microwave.

The stay was decent overall. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the hotel could use some updates and the breakfast wasn’t tasty at all and options were limited. It was fine for a short stay, but there are areas that could be improved.

There was a dirty towel not picked up from someone before us and the toilet was backed up and the extra comfort we ask for had a huge round circle on it. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful.

Great as always the staff are very sweet.

I stay here once a month to catch my flight to Jamaica.. they take great care of me and get me to the airport on time. Thank you guys!

As previous reviews had stated, there is some upgrading happening but it didn’t bother me at all. The bed was cozy and the shower was hot. They have a microwave and fridge. I found some great local food on Uber Eats and I was golden for my 1 night in Nola. And if you’re solo, I felt safe.

Room was clean and it was easy to find parking

Loved my room size and layout! Hotel had a very slight mildew smell. I feel the staff was just trying their best to do their job. There were a lot of amenities and areas I noticed the company could have did a better job on cleanliness and maintenance. Pillows and mattresses needed to be cleaned way better. Walls were very thin I heard my neighbors coughing and sneezing and I’m pretty sure the hear my TV.

This place shouldn’t be open. Paint buckets in hallways out in the open. It was a disaster. I’ve never seen any hotel this disgusting. Had I known I would have not booked it. On the flip side the front desk clerk was so very helpful and fast. I appreciated him. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Amazing stay, clean room, awesome staff.

The property smelled kinda bad I’m not sure if it was because the remodeling. Everytime I go here it’s a amazing stay, but this time it was poor and the covers were dirty

Poorly kept building entirely.

There were no linens for the pull out sofa in our suite. The mattress was FILTHY. The linens we got when we went to the front desk (because when I dialed the front desk I got a recording saying it wasn’t a valid number) were drained and smelled weird. There were two towels for three adults. The hallway smelled musty until it smelled like mary Jane. It was just gross. We checked in at like six and we checked out before five the next morning. The outside looked nice though.
