Location on the back of the airport and surprisingly quiet. Strange that it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave.

Morning staff was nice. Room was clean but smelled weird. No other issues beside can’t figure out why I was charged half a deposit. Non smoker and straightened before we left.

The air conditioning was not working properly it only stayed on fan. I was hot and miserable and the worst stay i have ever experienced and i travel often.

It became apparent by morning that a pipe or something broke in the ceiling as water was everywhere. Drips, moisture on everything and very wet slippery floors. When I informed the front desk at check out I was told they would send maintenance to look. Not the outcome I was looking for. Should you pay for a room that rained on you all night?

The rooms are clean, but smel

The staff was wonderful! The management was very kind and understanding! My husband & I had 2 separate incidents that took us to the hospital. We had to cancel our cruise, which required us to extend our stay. My husband was still in the hospital for a few more days. Everyone was so kind and accommodating! Our room was very comfortable, although I tripped and broke a bone from the extension that held the mattress. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The management & the staff made a big difference in our "bummer vacation!!" We're from Washington state. The weather! It poured the entire time!

The hotel is conveniently located by the airport. So it is good for a quick stay. However, our room was musty and sheets were yellow. But the room is newly renovated so that is a plus. I Would stay again if I needed a cheap stay for early departure.

Room was clean but the moment opened the door, i was met with a horrible stench. On top of that, i booked double queens and it was double fulls instead. Staff was extremely nice though

Room smelled like body odor and pee

Stayed for a quick night before our flight. It was everything we needed. The room was comfortable and cold. The airport shuttle was convenient.

The airport location is very convenient and is excellent value for the money when just looking for clean room near the airport.

I’ve stayed there a few times. It’s getting an odor that’s horrible. They need to find out what’s causing in and fix it.

I really enjoy staying here when I have flights early in the morning. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

For our purposes, the stay was fine. Really just stayed there 6 hours for very early AM flight out of New Orleans. Older property but no problems -- did not use shower or have breakfast. Not a great area of the city, but convenient to airport. We had already planned for parking but had we known about the airport shuttle, we would have used it instead. Will try the airport shuttle next time if we have an early flight again.

Our room smelled horrible of cat piss. Definitely could have been cleaner.
