Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Book somewhere else. Anywhere else. Unless you love the smell of mildew and mold, and enjoy being taken advantage of. We were shown MULTIPLE rooms. They all stank of mildew, mold, and something that smells like it came out od the wrong end of a cat -- but is likely old, old mildew that has been left to fermented. Actually, one room smelled strongly of Fabuloso -- but with strong base notes of old cat urine. Front desk staff was unapologetic, unhelpful, unfriendly. We were informed that since we booked through an outside party, they couldn't do a darn thing to refund us for a room we spent less than 60 seconds in. Seriously... are you still reading this? Find another room, literally ANY other room. We do not how what all of the 5-star "reviewers" may or may not have been drinking before those horribly misleading reviews were made, but.... STOP. RUN AWAY. ABSOLUTE WORST ROOM we've ever smelled in all our born lives. No one should be sleeping there without a HazMat suit.

Our stay was very good close to the airport, hotel transfer from airport was a plus , we enjoyed the pool on a hot day , room was clean , staff was very helpful everyone one was nice , I would stay there again . NY

The staff was nice

Room had a terrible smell and a dead moth on the bed. Maintenance did come up to help address the smell. Pool was quite dirty also. I will say staff was very friendly

We were not aware that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room which was a disconvenient for us. Bathroom towels were left in the bedroom underneath shelves by the TV. Made no sense to me if they needed to be in the bathroom.

I needed to get to the airport early and easily. The Ramada is not fancy, it is on a busy highway surrounded by fences and across the street from the old New Orleans airport BUT the rooms have been completely renovated, the beds are comfortable, the showers are new and clean. When you need to catch a plane, leave a car, and be on your way, for the money it's a good place to stay if you are budget conscience. We just want a clean place to put our heads down. We save our money for the destination. This is our third stay there and we will be back. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast bar is ok. I am not a real fan of breakfast food so that's not a slap to Ramada. There are good options to eat, I would like to see cut fruit or Greek yogurt but that's just me. There are eggs, sausage, waffles, rice krispies, and more.

Our room was very clean! I only wish that a Microwave and Refrigerator had been in the room. The Breakfast was good. The swimming pool is very well maintained. Would stay again if ever in the area again.

We had a great stay at the Ramada by Wyndham New Orleans Airport. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to have recently been completely remodeled or changed ownership. Everything felt fresh, including the paint, flooring, furniture, and bathrooms. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best features is the secure gated airport parking with a shuttle that runs at the top of every hour. Parking was only $7 per day during our stay, making it an excellent value for airport travelers. The pool was large and very clean. There was a noticeable odor in parts of the hotel, but it seemed to be from new construction materials still off-gassing rather than a cleanliness issue. The only minor downside was that the elevators seemed older, although they appeared to have been recently refreshed. I didn’t use them because I’m claustrophobic. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly hotel before or after a flight, and we would definitely stay here again.
