Best Western Plus New Orleans Airport Hotel

It felt like a sauna when I walked in the room. Bed was uncomfortable not like usual BW. Breakfast .... How do you mess up grits?... Not usual experience.

Enjoyed our stay but please DO NOT let that person try and prepare the breakfast.. that breakfast was nasty .

Great location close to airport. Clean, quiet stay at a great price

The only downsides were the shower and the bed. The shower caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor and even outside of the bathroom, creating a bit of a mess after each use. Also, the bed was a little too firm for my personal comfort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again if the shower drainage issue was addressed.

The hotel was overall clean. A few things needed better maintenance like missing tile in the bathroom, scuffed walls. The bed was a little too firm and needs softer blankets. My TV didn’t work and I had to switch rooms. The room size is nice.

The only issue that I have is when we was only about maybe five or 10 minutes delayed of coming out of the room the housekeeper beat on the door and the manager of the hotel beat on the door like they was the police and they was very rude very unpleasant I just don’t appreciate that.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good but the coffee machine was not adequate in preparing a simple cup of coffee. The staff was very quick in closing down the breakfast service at exactly the closing tim.

I know check out is at 11, but I was running 10 minutes late and the staff keep knocking and calling for us to leave I think that was too excessive for 10 minutes. We checked in at 4:30. I don’t think I will be staying here again

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so close to the airport very convenient. It’s clean and spacious. Easy parking and amazing breakfast.

The room was dirty, trash was still in the room, the floor was slippery, the tissue was low, and I ended up sleeping in the chair instead of the bed.

Enjoyed my stay, clean room, quiet, ample parking.

The staff was not the friendliest either, a mixed bag with a couple of exceptions. The laundry facilities were so-so. One washer did not work, and I found dirty work boot inside a dryer!

Very nice

It was very clean the staff was very helpful actually suggesting that I received a bench in the tub which was awesome along with handicap rails also putting me in a room that was very close to the elevator as well as the entrance considering I use a cane the handicap parking was the closest parking available and I was able to use it along with the luggage racks. The only thing I can say is I didn't see or notice where the ice was because of that I didn't use ice and I like to but I'm sure with a question or more seeking I would have had no problem finding it.

I loved how clean the entire property was. And the staff was super helpful and polite.
