Best Western Plus New Orleans Airport Hotel

Good

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so close to the airport very convenient. It’s clean and spacious. Easy parking and amazing breakfast.

Mary who made up our room was great

The room was dirty, trash was still in the room, the floor was slippery, the tissue was low, and I ended up sleeping in the chair instead of the bed.

Enjoyed my stay, clean room, quiet, ample parking.

It was a nice stay overall, staff is so friendly and helpful. Could improve water pressure.

The safety, cleanliness and breakfast.

The staff was not the friendliest either, a mixed bag with a couple of exceptions. The laundry facilities were so-so. One washer did not work, and I found dirty work boot inside a dryer!

Clean Room and close to Airport parking garage.

Very nice

It was very clean the staff was very helpful actually suggesting that I received a bench in the tub which was awesome along with handicap rails also putting me in a room that was very close to the elevator as well as the entrance considering I use a cane the handicap parking was the closest parking available and I was able to use it along with the luggage racks. The only thing I can say is I didn't see or notice where the ice was because of that I didn't use ice and I like to but I'm sure with a question or more seeking I would have had no problem finding it.

I loved how clean the entire property was. And the staff was super helpful and polite.

The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here before and we plan on staying here again.

Clean and Comfortable and decent breakfast

Checked in at 5pm. However check in time was 3pm. Got checked into a dirty room. Bathroom not cleaned, trash not emptied. Fridge and microwave area dirty with trash. Booked this room due to the fact we had a 3 am flight. To find out no shuttle! That’s why I booked the room. I had to extend my rental car so I could get myself to the airport. I was informed by front desk to call uber or taxi. No it was supposed to be a free shuttle service. Unhappy and will never return.

The breakfast was convenient but it could have been better. That’s my only complaint. Everything else from the staff to the property itself was great & I have no complaints. A solid 4/5.
