The bed didn't feel like a queen size bed more like a full.

The bed was good. Room was clean. Waited with 30 other people who signed in to check in for 3 hrs. Then they started checking the new people in! Couldn’t go ANYWHERE w/o key. Everything was dirty/smelly. Bar closed. Manager took name down & left! Didn’t start checking US in until we complained! Then new people jumped our line. Staff never referred to the list we signed. Rules everywhere. No service. Guests running all over dripping from pool. Towels all over the tile floor for the water. Bar tender asked for tips even though desk charged 18% gratuity!

MJ at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, assisted us with the shuttle and food, and made us feel well cared for. The property was newly remodeled and they did a very nice job. Everything was fresh and clean and worked quite well. The quality of the bed and linen was lovely, the room was large and had a desk and chairs. It was very quiet even though it was close to the airport and a busy road. We did not use the pool, but it looked very inviting. The room had a bit of an odor, almost like citrus, perhaps from being newly remodeled. It was unusual. The hot water in the sink wasn’t hooked up, but did work in the shower was. There was space allocated for a mini fridge, and perhaps a microwave, but those had not yet been installed. With those refinements, the stay would have been a 10.

No refrigerator or microwave in room

There was no fridge or microwave in the room , I travel with medication that has to be refrigerated, I asked for a refund because I did not stay here once I realized this ! They offered to hold my medication in the office which is unacceptable, who wants the personal medication with someone they don’t know ??? I was still charged and I didn’t even stay at this place.

Clean room and well maintained it was good for a one night stay

Room was very clean , shower is pretty small and low to the ground so water will get everywhere the breakfast was okay not too good but not bad and the front desk person was really nice room was really cold and very nice newly renovated overall this hotel is pretty good and parking was gated so that’s a plus and it’s free .

Horrible odor in my room. Was able to change to a different room. That was helpful.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. just a little noise from outside but not bad and that wasn’t the properties fault.

The room was clean but had a moldy smell.

The rooms were updated and looked very nice. The shower was roomy with good water pressure. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room They had a coffee service and muffins at the entrance at 5 am but when I went back at 6 am to get a bite that was gone. I checked out before breakfast was served. My room was wet. The bathroom did not have a fan to vent steam out and the room sweated. I had to put towels on the floor to keep soak up some of the water. The room continued to get more and more damp even though I changed the room temperature to try to correct the problem. When I got up the next morning, I found my hair was damp and my clothes were damp. I reported this to the night desk clerk and the day clerk. Both said, "we have problems with humidity". It was suggested that going in and out of the room was the issue. I checked in just after 8 pm on a Saturday night and checked out the following morning. I never left the room. I suggested they install dehumidifiers before someone gets hurt.

Fantastic breakfast included with the room. The rooms were very nice and recently renovated. Much more than I expected for the price. If you have a late arrival or early departure at the airport this is the place to stay.
