Horrible odor in my room. Was able to change to a different room. That was helpful.

The room was clean but had a moldy smell.

Appeared newly remodeled/clean but room smelled of urine.

Bed bugs

Fantastic breakfast included with the room. The rooms were very nice and recently renovated. Much more than I expected for the price. If you have a late arrival or early departure at the airport this is the place to stay.

I could not get the TV/monitor to turn on. There was very little selection of quick foods that could be microwaved with the nearest restaurant, at the Hilton not really accessible as there was no sidewalk. the website says they have a 24/7 shuttle service, but does not mention that it only runs once an hour.

The location (close to airport with free shuttle service) since my flight out of MSY was at 5am (took us 10mins to arrive from hotel to airport). I also appreciated the updated rooms which looked very modern, though there were some things missing that would've elevated the experience (which I will elaborate on next question). As a solo traveler, I also appreciated the extra safety on door. If you turn off the cold AC, the room will sweat since there is no ventilation. I turned mine off before falling asleep and woke in the middle of the night to the entire wooden floors wet. It was off putting to step down onto a damp floor. I turned the AC back on to dry the floors but now I'm freezing. Made for an uncomfortable sleep. The other crucial missing component was in the provided containers in shower (bath wash, shampoo, conditioner) because there was no conditioner but 2 shampoos. I have curly hair, which needs conditioner more than shampoo. So now my long flight home, I had to wear my hair up because I couldn't properly wash my hair.

A great place to stay before flying out from MSY. Very clean. Very secure. Parking lot for airport parking was extremely reasonable and very secure. They shuttle you back and forth to the airport. Shuttle runs every hour .

Was convenient and easy to get to the port

Close to airport. The room smelled like mold. The bathtub drained was clogged.

We were very surprised at how quiet it was, considering it was near the airport. The breakfast also surprised us. It was a full breakfast.

Solid room. If you have a vehicle. Its behind a gate. No worries there. I had a room on the bottom floor. Right next to ice machine. So lucked out there. For 110xbucks on a Saturday. Ill stay there again tomorrow. Floor was a bit dirty. And also the shower situation is a little weird

The guy that v did the airport transport other than taking forever was very personable. Only nice thing I can say.
