Everyone was nice and polite. Everything went well but the hotel was too noisy

Our floor (2) had a strong odor of glue or some type over remover. At almost midnight there were kids running up and down the hall yelling. The hallway was full of trash from the rooms.

The staff is very kind and very helpful they made it easy to check in the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and all around great place to stay when you come to Chicago.

The bathroom had a sink but no countertop to put essentials. Not even room for a toothbrush. No closet! I’ve never station a hotel without a closet or drawers. No safe in the room. The battery kept dying where you scan your key. Had to have it fixed twice. Despite all the issues, we would stay there again.

Room was clean, food was excellent in the restaurant, and airport shuttle was quick, however, staff was 50/50, desk staff pleasant, restaurant staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there, spent more time paying attention to the people sitting at the bar than those coming in to eat.

Paid for parking & still received a $75 parking ticket in a rental car. Been fighting back & forth with Budget about the $105 they’re charging me when I paid for parking at the hotel! Calling the hotel & getting no answer.
