Airport shuttle is very convenient

Good location and the jambalaya at the restaurant was the bomb.

Convenient and clean. Next airport. Parking and shuttle available.

Strong smell from my room/floor.

The hotel was ok! Definitely good if you’re in town for a quick turnaround only 10min from the airport! I did have to change rooms due to the linens not being properly cleaned and having stains. They do need to replace all stained linen with new linen and be cautious of that when cleaning. Morning crew stated the airport shuttles start every 15min at 3:15a but they didn’t come til 3:30am those 15min does make a difference in someone’s flight time so just making sure all staff is on one accord with that but otherwise my stay was fine

The room was clean , the front desk staff was very polite, friendly and helpful . The breakfast not free but the food was good.

Everything went well for us. Fast and easy check in and check out. We were there for a total of about 8 hours. We chose this location because of its location to the airport. We had an extremely early flight.

Great stay

Everything was very nice. The shuttle service was excellent, which makes this the perfect place to stay for flying out of New Orleans...

Convenience

The hotel was ok semi modern but you can tell it was worn down. There was a horrid moldy smell throughout the lobby. Especially on the way to the pool area.

I asked for an accessible room with two beds on my reservation for my disable father and myself and it booked but the hotel did not have it for me and I ha e not been compensated for that erroe

Rooms were clean staff was great and helpful before our flight out perfect place to stay before flying out of MSY

Only issue I have was check out. My account was attempted for payment that was already taken out replace retaking several times only issue I have and I still haven’t received a receipt for my short today.

The area and location It did not have a microwave in the room

A very nice overnight stay to fly out the morning staff, property and amenities excellent

Close to the airport and had a nice pool. Staff could be a little more friendly. The coffee bar was not clean and had no napkins for us to clean the counters with. The coffee was not the greatest, especially for paying $5 a cup.
