Large clean room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast choices were extremely limited for the breakfast included deal

It was was nice Said one of our rooms were ready and when we got to the room there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the bathroom had not been cleaned and the beds were a mess. But once we brought to their attention they cleaned up it up quickly.

Staff was great but rooms not that clean never took out our garbage and did not leave clean towels had to call front desk several times to get them

Our room on the 4th floor smelled and looked dirty, paint peeling from the ceiling, floor looked like it hadn’t been ever vacuumed., one day cleaning staff left toilet paper in the toilet and garbage in the garbage can when we complained we were told they had been very busy and we had no closet. It smelled like smoke, staff was not attentive when I complained and on the fourth night staying there my room had not been cleaned, dirty towels, bed not made and the Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, guessing all week and lastly there was a huge cockroach on the wall and that is when I finally had had it and insisted on moving to another room. The only convenience about this hotel is that it is close to the airport. We were very disappointed. Never staying here again.

The service at this location was excellent from check-in to dinner to morning coffee and check-out with Maya. Definitely staying here again.

Everything was wonderful, location great and facilities were clean. The only issue we had was the rudeness of the shuttle driver. He did not give good instructions for what was needed with our bags, then gave us an attitude and rude comments to us when we were trying to board.
