Easy commute to the airport, shuttle ran smoothly!

New hotel. Very clean. Very, very courteous front desk staff. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Great location by the airport near the new terminal.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, we had the 2 queen size beds with the sofa bed for 5 people. Staffs was very kind. Good selections for breakfast.

Very nice place to stay. We had a bad experience at another hotel this was our second choice and we were very happy with it

The breakfast was about the only good thing here even though some of the food was stale. The lady at check in was very rude. Extra charges were added to our price at check in and when I asked about these charges I was told they were parking fees and for accidents if there were any during our stay. When I informed her these charges weren't mentioned anywhere when I booked the room, her response was "pay them or park somewhere else". She said I would get the accidental charges back minus all parking fees. Then we get to the room. For the most part, the room was clean. The TV was broke and kept cutting in and out with sound and making weird noises every 2 minutes. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat it was like they were non existent. We only were given 3 towels and 3 rags for a family of 5. They only clean the room before you get there and after you leave (we were there for 2 days). This location was a horrible stay with rude staff and broken down amenities. The rates were higher as well. I will not be back to this location.

This was my first time here I usually stay at comfort inn , but never again this is my new favorite omg this is room was worth every dollar , the clerk was so warm and inviting ,I slept like a baby every thing was perfect I rarely it 5 stars hands down There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like

The internet for the TV did not work, so I was unable to watch any streaming services. This is the second time I have provided this feedback. I believe i was in the same room when I first provided the feedback some months ago

Better than most expensive hotels I've stayed at. Every detail was considered from the extensive continental breakfast with nice seating, free laundry machines with single-use detergent you could easily buy at the mini convenience store that is part of the front desk, very decent gym with towels and stocked wet wipes, awesome huge hotel room with a kitchenette, to the privacy curtain that divided the "living room" area from the "bedroom" area, plus a cute outdoor pool area. Neighborhood doesn't have much going on, but the whole point is to be near the airport for most guests, and it was about a two minute drive to the airport.

The only problem was when I forgot my room key and only had my phone with me. The gentleman at the front desk said I had to have a drivers license before he would give me a replacement key. I confirmed everything about the reservation (MY name on the booking, how I booked, etc) I told him that I my wallet was in the room, but I had a digital drivers license. I showed it to him, but he didn’t accept it and said it wasn’t valid. I believe this was because it wasn’t the Louisiana Digital license that he was probably familiar with. He could see that I’m from a different state, but he still wouldn’t accept it. Luckily, my husband had his wallet so the guy finally gave us a key. I really could have done without this on a day where we were hurrying to the airport

Nothing to complain about, everything ran smoothly and staff wss frendly. Only thing i didnt like is when i booked and called i asked for a late check out and was quoted , i could check out around 1pm and that would be okay and if later talk to the desk when i arrived. When i arrived it was a completely different situation. They said noon would be the latest and they could do that, so i said okay lets do that. The next morning when i was leaving for my procedure luckily i checked a gaon because nothing had been done. I managed to get back early and was out by 11. But all in all it was super and i maybe stayong there for more of my procedures.

The rooms and service here are always exceptional!
