Roaches in my restroom, I fell in elevator, no wet sign & the cabinet door in restroom fell on my daughter foot.

We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. Since we checked in close to midnight we asked if there was any possibility of a late check out and we were accommodated far more than expected. We will hands down book this hotel next time we are in the area.

I wish that it had a free breakfast and I didn't understand the whole store thing with the pop and stuff. No directions on how to use it and how much it costs. Location was great for us since it was a short trips d was close to the airport.
