Rude staff who barely allow you to eat any breakfast. The pool had some chemical imbalance and we all started burning after 5 minutes. Very bad experience.

They overbooked a hotel room and sent us 20 minutes away, and we got charged at that hotel as well. We’re looking to dispute that very poorly managed!

If the shampoo and soap was meant for 4 people or even 6 as our room was it want even close to enough. Not hardly enough for one.

I had a unique situation where I did not have transportation. The hotel was wonderful and came to pick me up at the airport. However there are no real restaurants within walking distance. No fault of this hotel.

The breakfast area was alittle small, not many tables or room. We had to wait for tables and then my family of 5 could not sit together. I think you should have your staff wear hair nets, found a hair in the eggs also.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Complementary breakfast was very good! Airport shuttle was very convenient.

The shuttle to to and from the hotel was not good.

Not so good. The free airport shuttle from SLC to the hotel was not available. We were told they could not give us an ETA for a driver and we needed to get an Uber or taxi, no fan or air conditioning in the workout room, the ice machine was only available on the second floor, we asked to change from one king to two queens if available and were told we could for an additional $10, even though both rooms were the same price on the web. If your need is for a clean, comfortable room this will fit, for anything in addition the hotel is lacking.

Bathroom is dated. Elevator dirty. Our room wasn’t ready and we arrived at 7:00pm. Staff tried to move us to a different room with a smaller bed, telling me my room wasn’t guaranteed. They also charge for parking now.

Clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Prefer sink location in bathroom. Refrigerator had a couple of dents from previous guests.

It was nice to be able to use the common breakfast room during the afternoon for family gathering & Work. I love the lemon ice water in the lobby!
