Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

Really liked proximity to airport. Didn’t love thin walls, heard others often through night

The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and we were upgraded to a King size single bed without even asking, which was very nice. The underground parking was a bit of a surprise but nice to know that my vehicle was protected from the elements whenever parked. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant which had reasonable prices, the food was very average, which was fine. Not close to anything within walking distance so needed to drive to get anything. Overall, for the price, it was a very good value.

Ac didn’t work as far as we could tell. Warm water at best. Disappointing for a Raddison

Beautiful and amazing will stay there again

It was clean and caught shuttle to Airport at 5:30am for our 7am departure. Wish coffee was made in lobby though No coffee in Lobby at 5:30 am

Both rooms we got were very hot and took most of the night to cool down. As the ac was off when we got there.

Upon arrival the room we were given had the slightest issue in the bathroom that wouldn’t have impeded on our stay yet the customer service was so amazing they put us up in a suit for the same price as the basic room! The shuttle was amazing and prompt, the food was delicious and as for anything to change, can’t think of one! Great customer service, beautiful building and comfy beds!

The staff was courteous. The tv and hair dryer did not work.

Saturday morning g 5:30 am. Not funny.....

AC in room was extremely loud. they said they sent maintenance to fix it but the noise level did not improve. the room was very dimly lit, and I was right next to the ice machine, pool, and fitness center which added to the noise. the fitness center had a strong mildew smell. the staff was friendly though..

There are better options near the airport. Avoid this hotel if you can. Inattentive staff, peeling paint, stained carpets, threadbare towels, etc.

Location Outdated

Parking is limited. The room had some gum wrappers by the curtains. But the beds were clean and confortable. Felt safe too.

This was the most disappointing Raddison I’ve stayed at. My room was next to the highway, I got zero sleep. The rooms were dated, the restaurant was marginal at best with crap food. Won’t ever stay here again and am disappointed that this hotel was a Raddison property.
