Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

Incredible staff. Bed sheets plastic feeling and the AC didnt work all night. It was a bit loud outside too. Not too bad, just not sure it was worth the money

Will always stay here while I'm in salt Lake

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff at this hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

My room was pretty warm, I spent 5 nights here for work. I mentioned it while I was in my training and was advised to contact maintenance,nope not my job. I got there in person at 5 pm the offered maintenance to go to my room,highly I appropriate and putting me out as I was exhausted by the end of my day. I feel there is potential, I just feel like in order to get anything done I had to be aggressive which I didn't want to do so I remained hot and sweaty with poor sleep. I asked about a fan, was unable to accommodate. I hope the figure out this issue,was room 100

The staff is very nice

The gym was decent, and the bar was nice. The bartender came across as a little rude at first, but was still helpful. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom felt outdated and wasn't as clean as I expected. One frustrating experience was on the morning of checkout. The hotel states that checkout is at 12:00 p.m., but housekeeping attempted to enter my room around 9:00 a.m. Thankfully, I had the security latch engaged, which prevented them from coming in.

Phone in my room didn't work. Would've been nice to place a to go order during normal dinner hours from the on-site restaurant but their sign said they only do pick up orders between 9 and 9:30pm, so not worth it. Loved the layout of the property, but an ice machine on the second floor would have been nice, instead of having to go all the way down and to the other corridor when I needed ice.

I’m feeling very good at the hotel, the workers are helpful

Hotel was moderately clean, room was hot would not cool, no regular water for sale, and asked about the shuttle to airport and was not told to make reservation and had to call Uber. Was definitely not worth $175/per night.

The rooms are a nice size and beds are comfy but the bathrooms are dingy and need to be updated. Rusty bathroom and dirty and old tiles.

Some rooms are better than others,but they need a refresh Restaurant is basic and understaffed.

Bathtub had hair everywhere and no extra toilet paper and sink needed unclogging ! Also no tv working or no cable !

Really liked proximity to airport. Didn’t love thin walls, heard others often through night

The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and we were upgraded to a King size single bed without even asking, which was very nice. The underground parking was a bit of a surprise but nice to know that my vehicle was protected from the elements whenever parked. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant which had reasonable prices, the food was very average, which was fine. Not close to anything within walking distance so needed to drive to get anything. Overall, for the price, it was a very good value.

Ac didn’t work as far as we could tell. Warm water at best. Disappointing for a Raddison
