Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

The hotel is very old. the carpets are dirty and the bathroom tubb

the food in the cafe was awful the chicken pot pie was recommend by staff and it was swimming in butter with a burned crust that was almost impossible to cut through. I was very disappointed in the meal and the staff for recommending it. so stayed hungry that night

Was only there one night but food from restaurant was good and room was clean

We watched the other 5 hotels with shuttles come and go long before our Radisson shuttle appeared. The only reason I chose Radisson over those other hotels was that it was closest to the airport. (Apparently Radisson shares it's shuttle bus with some other hotels, like Micro-tel, which may explain but not justify the poor, slow service). Very disappointed!

The hotel was clean but could use some updating, especially the bathroom. Staff was courteous and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport, which was only a few minutes away. We would choose to stay here again.

The stay was great! Only complaint was the breakfast wasn’t worth $5 but the pasta for dinner was great

Maintainance appeared to have been neglected in multiple areas. Extra fee for checking in couple of hours early.

It was absolutely nothing like the pictures. When I arrived I immediately was upset I was going to have to stay there for a night. I was uncomfortable. There were stains of some sort on my sheets that were tied to my bed to fit. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Rockstar was great at reception and the breakfast was really cheap.

They charge a $100 deposit. I don’t like that. There was construction on the exterior. This is not a 3.5 star property

Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed conversing with hotel employee.

Room was very old and not kept up as far as maintenance and decor.

The ice machine in the hallway is extremely noisy, especially kitchen staff use it for a long time around 5 AM. The hotel is also close to both a highway and train tracks, so traffic noise and train horns are clearly audible. Light sleepers should definitely avoid staying here.
