Sonesta Simply Suites Salt Lake City Airport

Wifi wasn’t very good, but the room was great. There is no breakfast or ice but very good otherwise.

We only needed a night to stay there but it was better than my wife expected it to be. Only down falls were no early check in which is fine, and the room smelt like cigars of some sort. But we did let the staff know as soon as we were in our room that it was not us

Great place and price!

Front desk person was full of excuses for the parking fee and very unwilling to listen. She had a checklist and was not to be deterred!

If you’re staying for just a night or two. This should be ok. Especially for the price. I stayed for 11 nights and I have to say, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It wasn’t terrible but not worth it for me. You have to pay $5 per night for parking. There’s no breakfast, no vending machines, and no cleaning services unless you stay for 14days? The location is not close to anything. There were also times were it felt a bit unsafe around the area. Again it wasn’t terrible but just wouldn’t stay here again even for the price.

Place was dirty and we felt very unsafe we ended up going somewhere else

Ashley is such a great employee very helpful and kind. Will come back to Salt Lake City airport again

Spacious room with bathroom, dining table. Clean

The room was clean but outdated and worn. The hallways and elevator were very worn and felt dirty.

Be prepared to pay for parking

Great inside… suspect outside. Many strange people wandering around on the outside. Reminded me of a scene from the show “The Walking Dead”. Overall a great property despite its location and surroundings. Also didn’t like the nickel and diming of the $5 parking charge. Just include it in the price!

Unit does not come with hair dryer . They have by request . The beds were uncomfortable, they seem old . They have a mini kitchen , but all cooking equipment is available by request only .

The hotel had a smell to it like it had not been cleaned. It just felt very dingy. The room itself was pretty clean.

No hair dryer, most laundry inoperable and hotel wasn't very clean, especially hallways and elevators.

Staff and counter were nice and friendly. 5 bucks to park and deposit is 100. Big parking lot, close to airport.

No frills here. A good cleaning would’ve helped first impressions. Libby, halls and elevator needed a good vacuuming. Had to ask for a blow dryer… asked for an extra blanket and was told “we don’t give out extra blankets”. First time at this chain… probably the last.

We arrived late and left early. So we didn’t spend time here.
