DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

My husband found a sticky note stuck to him in the morning that was old and had a hair on it (not my hair) that said, "Amazon delivery room 125." We tried to go to breakfast and they said we needed to get a breakfast voucher from the front desk. The front desk told us that breakfast wasn't included with the reservation and were trying to charge us $26 a person for the breakfast buffet. Other than that, the stay was good.

Was only here for 12 hours, as we had a 5pm shuttle ride to the airport.

Location was perfect for attending the Salt Palace Convention Center Shower had no hot water and outlets didn’t work very well.

My room was the main issue, I got in late from a flight and there was a constant noise of trickling water running through, sounded like HVAC system or something. Also every time someone nearby flush the toilet, it was super noisy in the room. Was clean etc and maybe I had a bad room, but I wouldn't go back.

Close to the freeway and that’s about it

Had a great stay after a long flight. The only complaint we had was the Starbucks was closed. No big deal though, we found another one a couple miles away 😊

Airport shuttle was super convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff all around. Lovely stay.

The hotel is old and dated. The carpet in the hall is so old and thick, it was hard to roll my luggage down the long hall to my room. Needs to be gotten and remodeled.

Very close to the airport. Nothing fancy, just a standard, clean hotel. Front desk staff were very nice.
