Hotel was great. I flew into Salt Lake City for an evening event and needed to work all day in my room. There was plenty of light and I had a balcony with lake views for breaks. The room had plenty of outlets and good work space. I arrive late one night and left early the morning of departure. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not get to try the restaurant, but I noticed room service trays. This is a great addition if trying to work. I would stay here again.

Hotel is okay. Probably won’t stay again but it’s okay for an overnight. Shower wouldn’t stay a consistent temperature. Hot, cold, hot, cold. Walls are thin.

This place was well maintained, and clean, however poor customer service at the front dest and in the restaurant. Not attentive at all. Also very pricey, and really not worth the money.

Two male waiters were excellent at breakfast and dinner. Dinner was excellent as well. Pub burger was good. Decaf coffee not very good but the hotel has Starbucks which opens at 6 am
