La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport

Location There was bed bugs in the room, had to move rooms late in the evening. My wife had bits on her hands and arm. Was not compensated at all.

It’s a little used needs to updated mattresses need updated. They’re kind of wore out in like a big old hole like that in the middle the bathroom leaks water all night. The air conditioner unit was not working properly.

Nothing Nothing was good .. room were not cleaned and smoky smell at elevator even though tag was smoke free

Big clean room, comfy bed. You can tell it's an older hotel but its been well kept. Nicer rooms than the holiday inn down the road.

It was a much nicer room than I expected. It had a fridge and microwave. There was free shuttle service to the airport even early in the morning and if need be to later at night. It was also a little cheaper than where we usually stay by the airport N/A

The staff, the location and it truly had what I needed for just an overnight stay The hotel seems a bit tired and worn. The air wasn't working in the lobby when I arrived but thankfully I was able to get my room cooled down.

Be careful they over charge you and then want to add on more fees they didn't have any pet friendly room so they put us on 3rd floor then got mad about everything...

Was a perfect stay. Room was lovely and staff very accommodating.

Very convenient to the airport We used to stay here when it was brand new. It’s kind of tired now, but still good to stay at.

Clean room and friendly staff…no help for airport shuttle BUT we left an hour before they started running

Staff was very ignorant and very unhelpful. Had to get an uber to airport and when i returned from vacation van driver who picked us up and took us back to hotel (van said springhill suites which was neighboring hotel), shuttle driver was very ignorant and demanded tip and when my family refused tip to driver he followed my family around the parking lot yelling things out the window at us to the point that we waited to approach our vehicles until ye was gone so he didnt see which vehicles were ours and we left the area feeling that if we had stayed our vehicles would have been vandalized. Worst experience i have ever had and i would NEVER recommend this to anyone

The staff are so nice and it is clean. The hotel is a little bit older, but it still was fine.

Staff were great, the people in charge of the breakfast were awesome. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Had a smooth checkin with a friendly staffer, and was able to get a ground floor room (so helpful as we were traveling with two cats and several suitcases). The room itself was lovely and spacious, and as a bonus had a bed that the cats could not get under (one likes to hide, making checkout an ordeal depending on the room). There are a few restaurants nearby, but we doordashed dinner to our room. The location and property felt safe and was quiet.
