Residence Inn by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport

. The staff was very friendly. Other than the dining area the place needs a revamp. Window screen in our room was torn badly and had obviously been that was for a long time. Bed was too soft

The hotel needs a deep cleaning and upgrades. Disappointing for a Bonvoy property. It’s not providing the expectation for the franchise. Using the name for a better rate. No self serve ice. The Staff were great.

Staff helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to airport. Not in a location where you could walk to any restaurants

ALWAYS use Residence Inn's - this particular facility was FABULOUS for everything !! - BRENDA at Front Desk went Above and Beyond - to accommodate us ... Plus... we accidentally left an item - noticed once back home -and BRENDA again - Thanks !!! helped us resolve the "left behind item" great system to "return mail" back to us : )

We liked the seperate room with a door for traveling with a child a little privacy is appreciated. We liked the shower, we liked the breakfast. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The waffle station was lack luster but still good. The bed was really comfy. The pillows were so flat even 2 was not enough, woke up with a stiff neck. The walls are very thin and we heard every plane landing all night. Traffic was also very loud. The absolute biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub being closed. I specifically booked this location for the hot tub after a long day I was really looking forward to it, when checking in no one said anything about the pool being closed. I got all ready, headed down and it was closed. Super disappointing!! I booked on booking.com and paid online before getting to the hotel, at check in the girl charged me. I was double charged. Currently waiting for my refund from the 2nd. Charge.

They had issues with the pool but was able to have the other hotel next to them allow us to use theirs

The staff were very nice and the shuttle service to and from the airport worked great for our stay.

Booked the stay to be near airport and take advantage of long term parking while using shuttle to airport. AC in room was broken . Shuttles were all booked so I couldn’t use the and hospital was short staffed so I had to wait for answers and/or service. I will not be staying here again.

Exceptional

This hotel was great. Very clean and friendly staff. The room was like a little apartment. It came with everything.

While you are close to the Airport there is limited dinning options
