Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City-Airport West by IHG

Somewhat ineffective in-wall AC unit.

The guy who checked us in was rude, i figured for the price of the hotel the staff would be nice! Other than that the hotel room was nice

Convenient location near airport. Room is clean and well maintained.

Horrible customer service. My flight was cancelled last minute and I failed to contact the property right at the 24-hour cancellation mark and they refused to refund me. Charged me for a 3 night stay due to their “no show policy”.

Honestly not a very clean hotel. Front desk staff were fine but the ones on the phone had no idea what they're doing. Shuttle bus booking was unclear from airport. Breakfast for a fee, which is unusual for holiday inn, and no water anywhere

Had to pay for parking in a hotel that was not downtown.

very quite and good hotel, restaurant in the hotel is delicious. have shuttle to the airport, next time will be the good choice as well.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn at the SLC airport. I have stayed there before and have always had a good experience. If I were to change anything, I wish there could be a little more selection in the restaurant there. Some more salad choices, for example, or lighter appetizers. I didn't want a big meal and wound up getting sliders and fries. Still too much but I would just like something lighter.

Bath floor tile was completely broken. Vanity had cracks, main door was not getting locked smoothly, despite paying for breakfast in advance I had to approach front desk to provide coupan.

The room was comfortable (firm mattress and nice linens), and the staff were very helpful. However the hotel furnishings, carpeting, and room/bathroom fixtures are old and in need of a complete upgrade and refresh.

The staff are amazing
