Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Airport

In this day of technology, it was a breath of fresh air. I am sure there are many others like me seeking or expecting great customer service from knowledgeable and very kind individuals.

Loved the large tub and locally made bath bombs for sale downstairs

Staff was very helpful. Bar restaurant had good food and beverages. Shuttle service to airport was a definite plus.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean.

It was right off the highway. The beds were comfortable.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are good. There is also a 24 hour amenity/food/gift area that is helpful if you come late. The hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Natalie is the best bartender and I stay here just to get a drink from her.

Stayed for two nights for business. Keep in mind that bar/restaurant would not sell you drinks until you got food from them.

Was disappointed they didn’t have our room ready when we arrived after 6 PM. Frontdesk person checked on it personally, apparently they were understaffed over the weekend.

Wonderful stay. Professional courteous staff.

Clean hotel, next to the airport and right off I-80.

First up, staff was excellent. No qualms there. From front desk to housekeeping. Even the shuttle driver who seemed to have multiple hats. Excellent. The cost for thr breakfast? A bit much at $16.99. No better or worse than at a Holiday Inn and thsts included and other places serve coffee all the time. I get that the breakfast and the food is subbed out to a vendor I think and considered separate. But still... I Room was fine. Clean. Big hole in ceiling near elevator 1st floor. It was thst way the entire week we were there. Some kinda leak. Rigged a fix. But a bad look. Turned off the water for 3 hours one of the days we were there. To the hotels credit, they out up signs in advance to give notice. The time frame was like 10am to 1pm. However thst night there was loud noise in the walls that could be heard in the hallways that sounded like maybe they didnt bleed the pipes after they turned the water back on. Staff again was great. Offered me points. We were checking out early morning and the noise started late night like 10pm. So moving to another room not an option. I was able to use one of their conference rooms. Thst was cool. I was there during a big soccer tournament and a couple teams were at the hotel. Overall hotel managed well. They were overbooked from what I heard. Big question, would I stay here again? Yes. But there's like 5 or so hotels right in that area. So this Hilton needs to up it's game to remain competitive.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and good food in the restaurant that is on site. I would stay there again! Very safe area and quiet at night for a good night’s sleep.
