Wonderful stay at the Hyatt near Salt Lake City Airport! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we received excellent service throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was great for our needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff on the day of check in was friendly and helpful. The morning of checkout, the woman at the front desk was barely polite. I handed her the room keys and told her both rooms that I rented were checked out. She took my keys but didn't say anything so I stood at the counter waiting and all she said was "you're good". I asked uf I could get a receipt emailed to me and she just said yes and looked away. I haven't received a copy of my receipt.

The airport shuttle service is excellent! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The evening dining options are limited, but at least they have some options on site, which is convenient for a tired traveler.

Huge room, and having a restaurant/bar was so welcome after 10 days in the backcountry. I had already returned my car and it was great having food right there, not to mention a beer. Nothing
