No elevator and stairway were dirty

Thought I was getting a better deal… room was extremely small and loud. . First encounter was horrible with staff… luckily a nice guy finally checked me in even though I had already had done it online. Management apologized however what good does that do.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean

Hotel was very convenient to the airport but it is very “worn out”. Elevator also not working. First employee at check in was very accommodating but second at check out was rather brisk.

Bathroom sink wasn’t clean, but very helpful staff

The elevator was broken so we had to take the dirty carpeted stairs to the third floor. stairs definitely had not been vacuumed, possibly ever.

Spartan room with the basics. Very modern. Eggs only hot protein at breakfast. Noisy hallway but fan helped with white noise. Cheerful efficient check-in staff. We appreciated the selection of frozen and dry meal options available.

Staff was good and parking was good

Staff were friendly. They do offer a shuttle to and from the airport and also offer long term parking for a fee. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay close to the airport for a short duration this is a good option. Not the cleanest or most comfortable.

Bed & linens were great! Room carpet was new and clean. Water pressure for shower was wonderful but sinks were old and drain stopper did not work. Furniture was comfortable although sofa cover needed cleaning. Breakfast buffet was okay but lacked fruit/meat/whole grain bread. Biggest flaw was that the elevator was not working and had been out of order for three weeks.

Excellent for the price. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Beds were comfortable.

Not very clean plus elevator did not work

The room was two queen beds and suggested it could accommodate 4 guests. Four adults could not fir in there. Small children would be OK. People should no that there is not an elevator. We were initially scheduled for the third floor but the front desk realized we were seniors and found us a room on the first floor which we were grateful for. The hotel is close to the airport so it fit our needs.

Clean room. Staff not to friendly. They won't acknowledge you when you go for breakfast. Should at least say good morning.
