Everyone was so kind We have no complaints

The facility had a nice look and a good location for our needs. Staff at front dest was friendly. It is a nice looking facility but was lacking in good management. The bathroom was not cleaned in our room, oily cosmetics residue and hair on the bathroom counter, some splashes of something on the mirror. Not sure if the toilet was cleaned or not as the traditional folding of the toilet paper end folding to let you know the bathroom was cleaned, well it wasn't folded. I called and they sent someone up about 1/2 hr later who didn't speak any english so it was hard to tell her what was needed and she didn't quite seem to understand exactly why she was there. We managed to get it clear and she cleaned it for us. The Wifi was also not working, no information in our room as to food availability, check our time, Wifi code, no information at all about anything. And there was no microwave. We also had to pay $16. to park in their parking lot over night.

I had been in Salt Lake for a month with my mother in the hospital and I stayed at their facility my last night in Salt Lake. The young man at the desk let me check in early and was very helpful. Also showed me how to use the parking pass for free parking, which I didn’t do correctly, but it was only $16 to park for the night. He also gave me a discount since my mom was in the hospital and I needed to do laundry and he was very helpful giving me a location of a laundromat for me to go to.

I've been around the country and stayed in medium end hotels and low end hotels I would say this was the best one I've stayed in. The restaurant that was in it was amazing the best cheeseburger I've ever had and I really enjoyed having a Starbucks in the hotel as well.

The hotel is beautiful! My room was very comfortable.
-
Very close to University of Utah and short drive to downtown. Safe neighborhood. Hotel amenities were limited.
-
Great location and close to everything
-
Close to the clinic
-
Great property. Wasn’t as close to the campus as we thought or public transportation. Ended up doing Ubers because of the location and heat.

Clean room and property
-
Fast efficient service I wasn't impacted but many guests had AC issues. It's apparently a chronic issue as the property has many room fans to mitigate. Several peers had to wait for room fans to check in

Room was clean and comfortable.
-
Beautifully redone, friendly and helpful staff, very clean The water did not get hot at either the bathroom sink or shower.

Hotel was great but the couch and chairs in the suite were very hard and uncomfortable. We were there needing a separate seating room to relax away from someone sleeping and it was very uncomfortable. The bed was also too stiff for me and I had a hard time sleeping.
