The room was clean, there was lush nice grass outside for Pups & the pool was clean with great seating, BBQ & fire pit area. The pool was warm but it was 100 degrees outside so it can be expected. It did not smell strongly of chlorine which is a good thing. At one point I locked myself out of my room & she was able to get me a new key quickly. The breakfast was good, eggs were likely powdered but they hot, along with country potatoes & sausage links. The waffle maker and "fresh" batter was a great touch and pretty good. They also had bagels, white & wheat toast, oranges & bananas, jellys/jams, butter, peanut butter, yogurts, & cold cereals with milk, or cranberry and apple juice. A nice touch was they had an all day coffee bar regular & decaf with flavored creamers, sweeteners, or hot tea options. This is definitely recommended place to stay

Our family had an excellent experience from check-in to departure! This is our second stay in two years at this lovely property. The customer service and hospitality is unmatched! From the time we were greeted by Rosa at check-in to our daily interactions with Rebecca Wiley at the front desk each morning, our family felt valued, respected and most of all welcomed! I must not forget to thank Cheryl who I saw each morning working diligently and cheerfully to ensure that the breakfast area and the patrons were cared for. Our room was clean and well-maintained, the property itself was impeccably maintained as well. We were in town for the memorial service of a dear friend and the staff lifted our spirits with their kindness! Thank you all for an amazing experience! We will definitely return again the next time we visit San Angelo!

Lovely! Clean workout area, clean pool and hot tub, very nice employees and a really good breakfast.

Absolutely loved our stay. The front desk team was very helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Good location. Will definitely book again!

Property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Hot tub and pool were clean and inviting.

Pool was not working. No conditioner in the room. We asked at 8 o’clock they say we will get it at noon though check out time is 11.

Room was cold and parking was great

Hot tub did not work at first but a few hours later it was awesome they repainted it and it was super slippery. Breakfast was okay, staff was nice and friendly room was very clean but no tub

Clean and safe

It was such a fancy hotel! Fancy lighting in bathrooms including motion activated lighting in bathroom below sink and pull out bed lights. Great outdoor seating and walking places to take dogs. Outdoor games, pool areas. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee shop. The woman was in the back room both times we went. We had to knock on the door to get her attention. She was not nice towards anyone except the coworker who walked by and she called out a “good Morning “ to.

Very clean and check in and out was very simple. We really appreciated a great place to stop with our pet.
