The breakfast was really good and Pam, the breakfast lady was very personable. We were however very upset by the pool being closed. We deliberately chose this hotel for the pool. We were not informed ahead of our stay that the pool was broken and as we had booked a non-refundable stay we couldn’t go anywhere else. There is a courtyard by Marriott next door and we asked if we could use their pool as this hotel is also a Marriott but we were told no. It definitely put a damper on our stay as we had driven 3 hours to San Angelo to meet up with family and had spent money on pool toys etc. for them to use in the pool. They had also been out to buy new swim clothes as theirs were too small so a lot of time and money was invested by us and them into using the pool for the weekend.

Convenient to food and where we needed to. E The bathroom was dirty and had hair from previous guests. The hair conditioner was completely empty.

Hotel was pretty good. Rooms were clean and the facilities were adequate. Wasn't able to get the bed size I originally wanted but not a huge deal.
