Candlewood Suites San Angelo TX by IHG

My wife and I really enjoyed staying there and we will definitely come back again! We are very happy and satisfied with the experience!

We could not get the shower to work properly, called down and all they could say was sorry, and only tried to move us to another room after we were prepared for bed. They would not adjust the price for the lack of the shower, and would not even talk with us about any of this. They left everything as is, we pay too much to be treated like that.

Great!!!

Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Great location too! So close to every place we went to🙂

We booked last minute (same evening) because we got a flat tire and needed Discount Tire (nearby) the next morning. The front desk was very kind! She immediately made us feel welcomed. The complimentary snacks were a great surprise - and needed - after being on the highway with our car trouble. The complimentary pet treats were unexpected and so very kind! Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our pets were comfy and welcomed, too! Any staff member we came across was professional and polite. The Dove brand products in the room were so refreshing. The ONLY problem was that the hair dryer in our room didn't work. I let them know at check-out. I'm sure if I'd mentioned it earlier, they'd bring me a new one - they were that wonderful. Highly recommend staying here - especially if you have pets!

Front desk staff was amazingly polite and kind and helpful.

Yes

Great place, friendly staff, the pool was closed for a couple days due to the weather but once they opened the receptionist was kind enough to let us know. Free washers and dryers was great since we had a 5 day stay, came in super handy. over great place.

it was good, no problems.

Big rooms, kitchen was supplied with dishes, comfy beds. Shower head were older. I had to pull or push door of room to make sure it closed all the way. It wasn’t shut once and someone walked in room on me.

Humid and slight smelly. No shower curtain.

Spacious private suites, very accommodating staff.

Pet friendly, clean quiet room- helpful staff

The staff was nice. But the cleaning needs to improve

Great hotel overall. We had a free buffet style meal on Tuesday its an every Tuesday event. Pool door didn't open and the AC turned warm over night. Besides that amazing time and place

Superb

Loud refrigerator.

Very friendly, welcoming front desk and great location. Good price. Giant donuts were complimentary in the morning. The air quality in the room wasn’t great. Strong smell of disinfectant or carpet cleaner. I’ve stayed here before and it seems the condition of the rooms has declined from wear and tear.

Very good
