Cold breakfast

Everything was nice , clean , great service. Didn’t really dislike anything.

Conveniently located to where we needed to be. No complaints!

Room was clean and comfortable

Easy check in, clean room.

Negative: Continental breakfast. Deceiving from the pics on website. Even lower priced hotels in the area, where we had stayed before offered a better continental breakfast. First impressions are lasting. Front desk clerk lacked on the proper greeting, smiling etc.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Workers were excellent. Very clean. Definitely worth the money. Our room had a musty smell. We couldn't figure out what it was.

Very small room with 1 bed queen. The 2 queen bed probably in a bigger room. No king beds

I had a small but clean and comfortable room. It was perfect for what I needed it for. I didn't interact with the staff very much other than check in which went smoothly. Everything else was done online, again which was fine for me. Parking wasn't overcrowded, the elevator was very slow and I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Overall clean comfortable room and I will definitely use again on my next trip.

The staff was polite and attempted to assist during our stay. The location was convenient and check-in was relatively smooth. Unfortunately, my father suffered a fall on the property that resulted in a fractured hand requiring medical treatment. The incident created significant stress for our family and raised concerns regarding safety conditions on the premises.

All receptionists were very helpful and sweet

The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning.

Front desk was very helpful and very attentive, only problem was I got a handicapped room and the beds were too high for my dad to get up on the bed. The tv didn’t have many channels to choose from.
