Unprofessional rude staff. Hotel needs to be remodeled.

The bathroom was dirty and I didn’t like the fact that I stayed there 2 days and housekeeping knocking at your door every morning around 9:30-10am.

Front staff was super sweet. Air was turned on and room was cool when we checked in which was great because we were ready to just go to sleep it was so late. Room was clean. Nice breakfast selection and even my low carb husband loved their egg bites.

Hot tub did not work. Lounge chair in pool area broken.

My family and I stayed for the weekend and as soon as we checked in, the front desk staff was very hospitable and courteous. The breakfast was great and the dining area was clean. Our room was a great size and comfortable.

Great location and all the staff very friendly. We were on the third floor room 311 and there was a noise that was pretty annoying but we put up with it. Over all the Room was great.

Even though a hotel is not a home, they really make you feel like if you're at home. Very friendly staff and very attentive. TV very limited on channels and bed boomed some when lying on it but otherwise everything was great.

Heather did an excellent job. She was the one who checked us in the afternoon before, as well. She was hopping Saturday morning with the food, and bussing the tables. Such a good worker. She was also very kind to everyone.

The room was wonderful and I had the best night sleep. I usually can't sleep the best outside of my home but I was very surprised how well I slept. I believe it's the firmness of the mattress and the softness of the pillows. The breakfast was good as well. Staff was wonderful and very polite.

Everything was just as it should have been except: Huge patch job on a wall in our room that was unpainted and the hot tub was brownish water that kept us from using. Good location, professional staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed, good breakfast (hotel style anyway), zero problems.
