Exceptional

My daughter and I were in town for a baby shower, just a quick overnight stay however on the day we checked out (Sunday 9-13-2026) as my daughter was getting ready in the bathroom in Room 212 brushing her hair when something hard and metal smacked her in the head. Needless to say she was bit freaked out and we had no idea what the metal thing was until we looked up and discovered that it was the covering for the sprinkler system. We did inform the front desk what happen at that time as well as when we checked out with the promise for that gal that someone would be calling and it is now Sept 16th and I have yet to receive a call/email or anything, just an extra change of 100$ (which I have to say when I checked in I was told it was for incidentals & it would go back to my account within a day or so of checking out so I assuming that I am being charged for their hotel falling apart). Sadly I can not recommend this particular hotel as at this point they have showed that it does not matter if a customer gets hurt on their property through no fault of the customers they will do nothing but charge you as they say how "sorry that this happened and it how completely unacceptable it is.

The staff was very friendly and helpful My bathroom and kitchen were filthy! I had to clean the shower before I could use it! We also rented the room to watch the Longhorns game, but when we went to turn the TV on DIRECTV was not carrying ABC! So we spent over $400 on two rooms and couldn’t watch the game on TV.

The gym and the variety of options for breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Truly a West Texas accommodation. Clean, decent rooms, but very outdated. Appeared old and in need of remodeling. AC, on high, was barely blowing but cooled the room by later in the evening. When we first arrived, the lobby smelled like a wet dog, but later that evening it was much better. Excellent staff. Very friendly, professional and accommodating. Probably will not stay here again though.

I was disappointed in the maintenance and cleanliness. We found stale fried and an old chicken nugget on the floor. The cushions on the sofa were noticeably stained, and the office chair was in poor shape. The air conditioning unit made a whining sound and the vent in the bathroom squeaked lordly. I would not stay at this location action again and it’s questionable if I’d stay at another Home 2 Suites in the future.

Perfect

Tv did not work. Had to go to the front desk twice about it and it never worked correctly. Not the cleanest room either. Bedside lamp was broken and missing a shade. When you’re paying almost $500 for two nights you expect for there to be lamp shades and the dang tv to work.

Spacious, close to atores and restaurants. The staff is very knowledgeable.

The room was in poor shape. The mattresses were saggy, there were several tiles on the bathroom floor that weren’t attached, the bathroom wall was stained. There were never cookies available when we came and went. The staff was nice, but the rest was disappointing. I do t recommend this hotel until some upkeep is done. The lobby furniture was grossly stained. Not what I’m used to with Hilton.

( several stains) 8:35 - breakfast was a disaster . Crowded with most things empty - including no coffee and cups …. The attendant and desk did very little .

It was close to the location we needed to be at. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The height of the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The restroom was not very clean in our room.
