The staff were super friendly along with very clean rooms and wonderful amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed in the maintenance and cleanliness. We found stale fried and an old chicken nugget on the floor. The cushions on the sofa were noticeably stained, and the office chair was in poor shape. The air conditioning unit made a whining sound and the vent in the bathroom squeaked lordly. I would not stay at this location action again and it’s questionable if I’d stay at another Home 2 Suites in the future.

Tv did not work. Had to go to the front desk twice about it and it never worked correctly. Not the cleanest room either. Bedside lamp was broken and missing a shade. When you’re paying almost $500 for two nights you expect for there to be lamp shades and the dang tv to work.

The room was in poor shape. The mattresses were saggy, there were several tiles on the bathroom floor that weren’t attached, the bathroom wall was stained. There were never cookies available when we came and went. The staff was nice, but the rest was disappointing. I do t recommend this hotel until some upkeep is done. The lobby furniture was grossly stained. Not what I’m used to with Hilton.

It was close to the location we needed to be at. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The height of the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The restroom was not very clean in our room.

Room ok. A little more worn than expected. Hotel needs some TLC. Staff friendly, but breakfast is not up to par with the others on hotel row.
