The only reason for the 3 stars was the front door was broken and the other small door was not easily accessible
-
Rooms and common areas were not as nice as represented.
-
Clean and comfortable, though it is an older hotel. It did the job. Breakfast was satisfactory. Probably will stay here again because it’s a halfway point for me.
-
Could use some maintenance.

Property was very clean but dated, on site restaurant and bar was very nice, food was excellent, parking was adequate and convenient, every staff member were helpful and curteous.
-
Needs updating. Dim room, old stuff. Small stains on everything. It'll do the job, but don't bring the wife and kids.

Love this place. Great value

Booked a 2-night stay for my wife and daughter expecting this to be a great hotel, we stayed here many years back and remember it being nice. However, this time was completely opposite...the front doors were NOT operable, so they had to use the side entrance, the staff did not clean the side door entrance and it was absolutely filthy when you walked in. The Pool was closed because they were draining it (its summer time still, should have waited until winter). My wife was told that they could still use the hot tub, so she went and purchased a bathing suit to relax in the hot tub and when she got back and went to the hot tub a maintenance worker told her that it was shut down. The entire building did not have air conditioning other than in the room. While in the bath (because the hot tub was not opened) my wife notice a condom stuck between the toilet bowl and the tank, she was utterly disgusted and exited the tub immediately. This was a VERY bad experience for my wife and daughter. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

There was a hole in the ceiling on our floor near the elevator and no markings or signage that there was danger or construction. It was just a dirty pile of stuff. Breakfast staff was wonderful; but they needed help and it was slim pickings early on. At 4am there was lots of slamming doors and commotion on our floor. In our room lots of need for refresh; paint job, update.. Fine for one night; wouldn’t stay again. Thank you.

The design is strange. It is old looking. The DJ in the bar was blasting terrible music. Some country music would’ve been good. The pool was not open. Littlekids in the hot tub! But the mattress was new and clean. There are no bed bugs. It was quiet so

The bed was comfortable. Had an issue with the TV but it was fixed very quickly. It just felt like my grandmas basement in the room…it was a wet heavy air that just sat. Wasn’t a fan.

Definitely not a elegant facility

The lobby as you walk in is super nice, but I feel like the rooms were lacking. Our room had a weird smell immediately as we walked in and felt like it got stronger as time went on. Half of the outlets and lamps didn’t work/wouldn’t turn on. And the desk chair had a huge white stain on the cushion.
-
Couldn't keep pool towels stocked and we had to ask for rooms to be restocked with towels and to throw trashes
-
Room was run down. Only left 2 towels for a room booked for 4 when asked to get more was told to we has to bring our own dirty towels down to the desk to get new ones by a rude front desk clerk and this was middle of afternoon. Has to wait on key cards when checked in cause they didn't have any at the desk and has to find more

I spoke with the front desk girl at checkout where I was assured management would contact me as she agreed that it was an AWFUL experience. I have yet to hear from anybody. The place was fully booked due to a baseball tournament and there was only one person on staff that night and there was no management even on call for the weekend? Also the front door was not working and had to use an extremely heavy to open side door that was definitely not handicap accessible and made for carrying bags in very difficult.

Not cleaned properly. The toilet didn’t work correctly. This place smelled and it was worse than a motel 6. The only good thing was that the staff was very friendly.
-
The pictures are at the very least 7 years old..its run down and nasty. floor needs mopped dust covering every table from front door to the 4th floor. And the tv did not work. Regret staying here. Would have been happier in a 60 dollar a night motel 6

The room was clean and roomy
