Ok Better food elevators out of order entire stay, thunderstorm 2nd day restaurant closed because roof leaking over kitchen, wanted to invite 1 friend to hottub, management said not allowed, wasn't told about 200$ deposit when reservation was made, we usually stay at pearl of the concho for last 6 summers, it's better, tried clarion because of picture & hot tub

Beautiful stay, they were working on the indoor pool which was not a biggie since we planned to be at the lake for the weekend. Great down stairs entertainment for adults as well as kids. Will definitely book again for next trip!

The floor had not been mopped or swept. A previous guest let a pop blow up in freezer and it wasn’t cleaned up along with floor. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The stay was great once they moved us to another room the first room the room was a little dirty, wrong size room had paid for a king and the changed it and had us in a double without informing me and the adjoining room door handle was missing so it was just a metal rod sticking out and the tv and phone didn’t work, the cable box was missing from the tv so they moved us and the new room was wonderful the hotel could use some updating though

Requested a handicap room and didn't get one. The only extra plug was behind the bed and was a danger because the plug didn't have the cover attached. Had to pull out the bed in order to use the plugin.

The location was close to the event that we were attending. The breakfast was sufficient. Requested a handicap room and didn't get one. The only extra plug was behind the bed and was a danger because the plug didn't have the cover attached. Had to pull out the bed in order to use the plugin.
