The floor had not been mopped or swept. A previous guest let a pop blow up in freezer and it wasn’t cleaned up along with floor. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Staff especially the evening crew Toilet was busted and the stove didn't work

The stay was great once they moved us to another room the first room the room was a little dirty, wrong size room had paid for a king and the changed it and had us in a double without informing me and the adjoining room door handle was missing so it was just a metal rod sticking out and the tv and phone didn’t work, the cable box was missing from the tv so they moved us and the new room was wonderful the hotel could use some updating though

The location was close to the event that we were attending. The breakfast was sufficient. Requested a handicap room and didn't get one. The only extra plug was behind the bed and was a danger because the plug didn't have the cover attached. Had to pull out the bed in order to use the plugin.

Well, they checked me into a room full of bedbugs. Smoke detector was falling off big crack in the ceiling in the bathroom of water leaking down. They were very bad customer service.

The dinner was so good at the resturant and there was an awesome band playing. The owners were so nice and I had an absolute blast. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and most importantly the beds were comfy. My room had a full size fridge and cook top which I didn't use since I was there one night. Would definitely stay again.

It was in a very to easy access location and it was near downtown San Angelo!! Plus it the amenities seemed really nice. If you are staying more than a day, you have to pay a 200-300 dollar security deposit. Which I have no issue on the security deposit aspect. But in this day and age I barely carry cash on me and I had to use their ATM. Because they only accept cash security deposits. Which is ridiculous and is a complete nuisance. Then when I was checking out, and I asked for my security deposit back, the woman who was checking me out seemed surprised that I had one.

I didn't like that when I called about 6 times after I checked out to see if my sunglasses had been found in my room nobody would help me I just got the ol someone will call you back. I even got transferred to someone a couple of times who had a voice mail. I left a detailed message about why I was calling along with my name and number and the description of my sunglasses and room number and never got a call back
