Stayed here with my son to see Iron Maiden 2026 World tour. Great place for out of towners catching events at the Alamodome. Shoutout to S.A.P.D. For putting in work for those events.

Dirty room ugly smelllllllllllllll

Room/bathroom were clean. Staff was nice and kind. Perfect location. Loved they had a small grassy spot for our dogs. Altgough, at other motels I've never had to pay an additional sercive fee, parking fee or a deposit plus pet fee.. Only used to just paying the pet fee. But....this place was really nice and clean and located in a perfect area for us. So we'll probably be back!

Creo que los portales tendrían que hacer una selección de los hoteles. Las fotos son muy buenas, la puntuación depende del perfil de las personas. No estoy hablando se este hotel, lo escribo en general.

Bad smell, dirty, bed sheets dirty and stained and restroom was bad/hazard

En la parte EXTERNA, está horrible, extremadamente horrible, la habitación de "No fumadores", apestaba, pero super apestaba a cigarro, las cobijas, la cabecera de la cama estaban quemadas con cigarro, nos pusieron aromatizante, pero a las horas, ya en la noche, el aroma insoportable volvió, difícil de dormir, el microondas no servía ni como reloj (no prende), la tele no se conectaba a internet (no había señar o fallaba mucho el WiFi incluso en los teléfonos) y tampoco tenía ni cable ni siquiera antena, muy maltratada/olvidada la habitación, el costo vs lo recibido, fue básicamente un robo, no había cafetera, solo 1 jaboncito "extra chiquito", por suerte la chica de limpieza si fue muy amable y nos apoyó, en ese aspecto bien, pero la habitación, infraestructura y todo lo relacionado a lo físico, muy mal la verdad

Our stay was great, stayed for one night ,arrived to hotel a little early and was able to check in before the original check-in time since room was ready, Hotel is like 3 -5 minutes from from Alamodome by car. Staff was nice and friendly,

Staff were nice and accommodating. We moved from our first room due to the smell of cigarette and moved into a double where there were stains on the sheets. Had to pay for parking permit

The two gentlemen that were working during the time we stayed were very helpful and kind. The room was clean, and housekeeping would come every day as long as the do not disturb sign was left off. Very convenient location to downtown and bus stop is right at the corner.

• The AC air smelled nasty fortunately didn't envelope the room • Under the sheets the bed had stains of pee • The shower water was always hot could not change temp • Breakfast was aight • Wish I had a Swiffer sweeper cuz my feet kept pickin up dirt after showers • Microwave and mini fridge was clean • Complimentory coffee ok

There were bugs, showers were not very clean. Will not be back.
