The staff was super friendly. Place was clean and super close to Alamodome.

Clean, proximity to the Alamodome. Fee for early check-in/smallish lobby meant crowding/lines at 4pm for an event that opened at 515pm. No shelving or light in shower.

That it’s close to the Alamodome I tried to checkout early around 8:30 am and there was nobody at the lobby. I had to wait like 40 minutes there before someone came and helped me checkout.

Acceptable for one night. Location is very good if you have to go to the Alamodome. It is just 0.5 miles from that place. Nothing else. Very old, very small, cleaning is just average. Bed was not confortable. It is more like a road motel

Location is nice. Parking was easy and has an elevator. Bed is firm and comfortable. Only had one paper cup and one single serve coffee baguette for a king room for 2 people. Did not have a stir stick for the coffee.

Good to reside, ok for next time there.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, especially from the person who helped me with check-in. They were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended! One small thing to note is that there was some street noise from cars, but overall, it wasn’t too disruptive. Other than that, I had a great stay and really enjoyed the excellent service.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was one of the biggest highlights. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Alamodome, which was incredibly convenient for our plans. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Parking is limited, but the fact that it’s included is a great bonus. We're staying here again for another concert this month!
