It was ok for the price…. They stick you with a $20 parking charge which if I would’ve known prior than I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

good service and overall very well for the price we paid. staff was friendly. very disapointed to get caught off guard, no warning regarding the charge for parking on the premise! the reservation should a.) let the customer know about the fee to park, b) let the customer know how much the fee is to park c.) give the customer the option to pay at the time of reserving , pre-paying should also give a discount

Elevators were not working and we had the 4th floor , beds are hard and the toilet wouldn’t flush we had to open the toilet bowl

We were there for a night and room smelled musty.

This place wasn’t worth the money, no amenities in the rooms, it was dirty, halls were hot and smelled, the First Lady we met was rather abrasive about check in, paying for parking is absurd! Definitely will not be back or suggest it to friends it I’m not sure what the plus stands for other than you pay for stay plus parking! Very unsatisfactory!

Stay was excellent. No complaints.

The price. The breakfast could have been better. Only served eggs and donuts.

Hotel was walking distance from the river walk and across the street from a great bar… it was a great experience and I will be booking again

The hospitality we paid cash for the parking and they wouldn’t give us 3.50 cents back because manager was not there. We have videos of roaches on the walls and bathroom and inside the bed covers. We just killed them. Manager not there to complain.
