Pool was dirty with pigeon feathers and there was a dead bird in the pool area.

The water pressure was inadequate to the toilet, and a/c unit turned off at 3:30 am, other than that nice place..

Beautiful location, no parking lot but valet available. Breakfast was fine. Very clean! Spacious rooms

Love that it’s walkable distance to all the places I needed to visit. Great staff and love the room.

I recommend staying because they have 2 beds and sofa bed, which is good for a family with a teenager.

All of the staff were sweet and helpful. There were lots of options at the breakfast, that was nice. The hotel room had a bad smell, the loft mattress was gross, it was coming apart, not something you woukd want your kid to sleep on. Public parking was far or not available so you have to pay for vallet parking which is an extra 45.00, they charge a 50.00 deposit which they apply the vallet parking and will refund you the difference if there is nothing wrong with your room. There was also a tiny roach in the kitchen area. Not the best option to stay at.

Great, safe place in a central location three blocks from the Alamo and river walk. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend this place for families.

I enjoyed our stay. I would have liked parking , instead of only valet parking. But the stay was so good...I am coffee drinker flavor creamer would of been nice...
