This is an older property but clean. There was a leak in the ice machine on the 3rd floor that left the carpet wet. The staff was very helpful. It was noted that there would be no hospitality service during the stay. However, additional towels were easily provided by the service staff.

The very start as we drove up. The valet staff was GREAT. Checking in the front desk was GREAT. The staff in the tavern, and breakfast bar GREAT. The room was excellent and very clean. The food and drinks were perfect.

room had a leak due to rain and they refused to change out our room. comped one night.

The Crocket Hotel has only valet parking available for their hotel which will cost you about $45-$60 per day. They charge a daily deposit of $75. Upon our arrival we had to report to the front desk that our shower tub would not drain and our conditioning was not working correctly. They did not send someone to help with the issues so the second day I made another attempt and was able to get the issues resolved.

The bed had two flat sheets, no fitted sheet. The light above the bathtub was hanging down by an electric cable. There were stains on the pillow cases and bed cover. There was always noise coming from the lobby atrium (talking), especially music from the Tavern that went until 11 at night. It wasn't truly terrible, but I would never stay here again. There are too many better options in the Alamo district.

Great location right in the heart of San Antone downtown. Right across from the mall and The Alamo.

ok

The rooms, especially bathroom could use a deep clean, and the air conditioner seemed to be working at minimal capacity. Overall, It was an ok stay, bed comfortable, close to Riverwalk, shopping and dining

Room was clean and well kept… hallways were hot! Staff was wonderful!

The staff was nice, but their availability was limited it seemed. My family stayed six nights, but every time I wanted/needed fresh towels I had to ask. The last tome I asked for towels we never received them. We were left reusing towels from night before. Granted, I was told upfront no one would clean the room till we left. We were left with overflowing trash cans and a pile of towels on the bathroom floor. I could see this being ok for a person only staying a few days but someone staying more than 3 days their room could use some help, fresh towels, emptying of the trash can, that can go a long way. An added bonus would be to have microwaves in all the rooms not just one per hall. Over all the stay was pleasant, but the things mentioned above would make it so much better!

I love how close it was to the Alamo, nice and clean on top of that all the staff was super friendly. The bar and food was bomb as well. Highly recommend.

Location and staff were excellent Could use updating or removal of carpets

Not much. We paid a lot of money to find out that parking is not included, when we went up to our room there was trash everywhere including an empty beer bottle, pills, and a used razor, and the sheets were still dirty. They would not move us to another room, or discount us, then I had to ask if they can just clean it…We had an event that was were already running late for and then we had to wait about an hour for the room service to show up and clean our room until we could leave.

The room was very old but clean there is no breakfast provided in the payment

One of our pillows smelled of body Oder. Hair was behind the toilet. Little hairs were on the small towels
-
The property was very well maintained and the hostess was super helpful even though my room was not ready she sped the process up and took care of us
