Exceptional

I loved the atmosphere and how it was decorated. The staff was awesome! They were all so nice and great to talk to. I love the history. I had heard the hotel is haunted but we didn’t experience anything.

Didn’t like paying for parking while staying at the hotel. Would of liked for parking fees to be waived.

Hospitality is not a thing at the Crockett hotel- the person who assisted us at check in was not hospitable- started every conversation with a no or negative.. I may not like the answer but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be delivered in a respectful way. The rooms are significantly outdated- the bedding skirt looked ancient of days. There is a lot of street noise and the pool! The pictures are so deceiving- it’s the size of a hot tub and surrounded by the parking lot. Pros? it has a great locatio, and the valet and house keeping staff were all gems.

The history and how beautiful it is. The rooms need a thorough cleaning. They’re not very clean. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms in the lobby were filthy as well.

Rooms were on the smaller side, but other than that it was an amazing stay! Love the pool its shaded! The hotel is so nice and historic! Amazing staff!

Amazing location. Great customer service. It also has a cute bar with great bartenders.

The location and price. My lamp light switch did not work so I needed to turn the lamp bulb so the light could work. The drawers had trash, and the bathroom had low fluid levels for the shampoo and body wash.

It’s near the the river walk main parts of it Took forever I had to pay for valet and extra to get my room early

Decent for price. Close to river walk. Staff friendly! Parking expensive. Valet worth it.

Was here for work meetings which were at a nearby hotel. The location is across from the Alamo and Alamo Plaza so convenient to restaurants and other shops. The room was clean but carpet and bathroom were old. No workout facilities on site but you can use the “gym” at the hotel across the street but that only has very minimal equipment (2 treadmills, a stationary bike, 2 elliptical, some weights). Full size mini fridge was helpful. I was on the second floor facing the plaza/street which was noisy into the evening.

Always enjoy our stays at the Crockett!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
