Nicole checked me in after the longest day traveling. She was so kind and helpful, I immediately felt at home. I stayed for 7 days and everyone was incredible the entire time.

Loved the location. Steps from the Alamo Not really an issue, just an inconvenience, not able to use the plugs on lamps. Had to move furniture to get to the plug to plug in my charger. Phone in room did not work. What looked like a tablet, which I assume is the clock and maybe a way to listen to music, would not turn on.

Great hotel, great location. There's a really nice bakery very close from the hotel where you can have breakfast and you are literally in front of the Alamo, so you can take great pics either early in the morning orate at night.

They brought chocolate covered strawberries for our daughter. We were celebrating her 16th birthday. The house keeper made the bed and placed her favorite stuffed animal on the bed . Both made her feel special Nothing.

Had a drink at the bar nothing special but Ok. Room was clean. Cleaning staff was great. Very helpful. Older hotel regular king room was very small. 100.00 to park for 2 night stay. In and out car service was sufficient

The room was spacious and beautiful Paying $50+ a day for parking. Yall should have made that very clear when booking the room. The beds are too small.

Location was great... staff were very nice , lovely room I had a king end unit.. Nothing.. ppl complain about parking but there is a lot connected right behind the hotel that is Much cheaper than Valet parking..I parked in that lot and had no problems it was $35 for 24 hours.

I really appreciated the check-in staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made the check-in process pleasant and easy. I was not completely satisfied with how the beds were made. The bedding did not look very neat or properly tucked in, and it gave the impression that the beds were made somewhat hurriedly. I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail.

The staff was insanely friendly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel and was treated and seen by the staff like here 10/10 Our room seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned really, and the size is kinda deceiving from pictures online. Nothing crazy but overall good

Staff members go out of their way to make you feel at home. They treat you like a family member not a guest. Would highly recommend. Not to mention when you check in they give you a warm fresh baked cookie!!!
