Great stay and great staff

The queen room with 2 beds was perfect for me and my bestie. We had enough space, great location, and our own beds. Would stay again!

This was my second stay at this hotel. Both were great. The personnel are friendly, welcoming and professional. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and larger than many other hotels. Proximity is across the street from the Alamo, a very short walking distance to the Mall and Riverwalk. The only thing I missed was access to a microwave and hotel market. The restaurants around the hotel are amazing and many serve large portions. It would be great if there was a way to heat up leftovers and a market or vending machines to buy drinks. These are minor inconveniences in comparison to everything else about this place that was terrific.

Very friendly staff.

Location is brilliant. The pool is no longer available - without any explanation or notice and we chose this hotel for a mixture of location & pool. The heating/aircon/water infrastructure is very noisy

​Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a truly relaxing stay. The only minor downside was the breakfast; while the food quality was fine, the selection was a bit limited. ​Overall, it was a wonderful experience with top-tier service, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I went here because it’s supposed to be haunted and I wasn’t disappointed!! The old surgical floor really does smell like bandaids, and during the night the bathtub turned on and off full blast by itself for about 15 seconds! The overall vibe of the hotel was creepy and ominous even though it was perfectly nice too if that makes sense? Overall it was so spooky and fun!

The Emily Morgan is conveniently located in downtown San Antonio. We were able to walk to our concert at the Tobin center. We found several great restaurants in the area. The staff at hotel was very friendly.

The staff was great and having the 12pm check out time was amazing! The room was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, friendly staff. Just didn't care for glass barndoors to cover shower area

I liked the friendly service, and clean rooms. Only issue was that our key continually did not work, so we had to make trips back to the front desk for help.

The stay was great (even thou we didn't see/hear any ghosts, lol). The only issue, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the adjacent parking lot. The website to pay didn't work (met a guest in the elevator and she stated she had issues, too) and the phone number went unanswered. Staff did let us know of the metered parking and after that all was great.

Thank You for giving us room 810. The room was overall lovely with warm water. However I'd reccommend fixing the flickering lights and redesign the elevator. Thank You
