Room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and included. Carne guisada, biscuits and gravy, bacon was like I cook at home, sausage, potatoes, fruit, etc. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

This is an antique hotel, built in 1909, which has been given new life. A very nice place to stay and in a great location downtown. Lots of vintage charm and very helpful staff made our stay a real winner. Certainly would stay again.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing. Location was a big plus. Everything was in walking distance. The only issue i had was with parking. Valet parking is offered and there is self parking but both are a bit price in my opinion.

good breakfast.. room could be cleaner, nasty under beds, no clock.. hotel is in a construction zone that began work at 6AM. We were given room right across from elevator 😞and the air conditioning works poorly and is very noisy.. its an old property

Everything was 5 star! However the Nats were my only complaint.

Only issue I experienced was check in was a little behind, but everything else was great, the complementary wine tasting was wonderful the wine they have was so good.

How convenient it was to the Alamo in the Riverwalk. The valet parking was a little slow and a little inconvenient.

I loved the location and haunted history of this hotel. The hotel was a very short walk to everything. Did not need my car at all. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The only down side was that the ice machine on all of the floors were not working. Also, the valet was way too expensive. I would advise to do self parking unless you don’t mind spending a C-note for two nights.
