Amazing!!!! Highly recommended!

Everything was close by. It was an interesting hotel, and the breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Some of the other guests didn't understand common courtesy when coming in during the later hours.
-
Breakfast was really good, Room was cleaned and staff was really helpful. Not much for the view. Closed to Alamo attraction.

Exceptional

I hardly ever write reviews, but I was pretty disappointed with this hotel. For starters, there is no parking, only valet. The room was also very small, probably smaller than a new york hotel room. Finally, the pillows are not full size pillows, they were decor sized pilows.
-
Clean, close restaurants and coffee, but the room was so tiny. We could barely move around in there. Only 1 elevator made it long to get up and down at dinner time and checkout. It’s a tiny elevator so not many fit.

Staff was attentive and ready to help. The location was nice, it was 2 blocks from the riverwalk. The bed was amazing! The AC could've been colder. We attempted to change the dial but it didnt get colder.

I had to go to SanAntonio for business. This hotel came up on Expedia at a reasonable price. The hotel itself is old, not in the best part of town and a few blocks from the Riverwalk. I stayed a night and the windows are old and single pane glass so the street noise is significant. The room was clean enough, but I wouldn’t book it again if I ever went back to San Antonio.

Mini pool Breakfast horrible no food at 9 am Supposed be until 930 am
-
The price of parking was 45.00 a night, and the breakfast was short on food.
-
The place was nice, but I wouldn’t expect anything from the staff. Stay somewhere else if you would like better service. There are tons of similarly priced hotels on the riverwalk.
-
Walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Excellent food at the Indian restaurant on the hotel property. Staff was very helpful and friendly . Room was very comfortable.

Very poor

I really liked the location it was close to many attractions in San Antonio! The color theme ahah but that’s just me

It was a problem getting toilet paper and coffee pods. We were there 5 days and had to ask each day for supplies. Housekeeping never came which was fine as I don’t need my room cleaned every day but would like to have supplies replenished. The restaurant below was very fragrant but if you like Indian cuisine you’ll be fine. It’s not on the riverwalk, it’s a few blocks away which isn’t a bad walk unless the heat is bad.
-
The spot was perfect, around everything we needed! The room was pretty small!
-
Had a problem initially but it was addressed immediately. Parking is expensive everywhere so plan on walking or renting scooters. Make sure to thank & tip Vanessa for getting a hot free breakfast ready every morning.
-
Very nice with all the antique amenities and close to the Riverwalk

From the start, the parking situation was highly frustrating. There was no standard parking available, and we were left with the choice of paying $50 for valet or $122 for nearby daily self-parking. Furthermore, upon arrival, I had to wait 10 minutes for my room to become available. The issues continued inside the room. The television did not work, and when I tried to call the operator for assistance, no one answered. I had to go down to the lobby myself to get help. Eventually, a housekeeper came to the room and had to climb on top of the furniture just to plug the television cord in. Shortly after, I discovered that the room's remote control was also broken. Once again, I called the operator twice without success, forcing me to return to the lobby and wait for someone to assist me at the front desk. When I explained my frustration to the staff member on duty, she was polite but informed me that the maintenance team had left the property at 4:00 PM and that she could not be of much help, other than sending another remote control with a housekeeper. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Given the lack of basic amenities, the broken equipment, and the unresponsive guest services, I request that management review this matter. Sincerely, Maria Gil
