Nothing at all! The managers were rude, came to our room yelling all because we told them there were stains on the towels
-
The room was very clean when we came in and the staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was AMAZING highly recommended the chorizo sausage. Overall the stay was amazing and we can’t wait to stay in this hotel again

Good environment, beautiful view, good customer service. Helpful people, lots of different food and it’s good. As well very nice room to stay in. Nothing everything was good.

None. I did not like the size of the room, i reserved disabled room since i have a veteran disabled husband with me. Front desk told me that there was no more available room for us. Never coming back here

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was extremely disappointing. From cleanliness issues to poor service, I was honestly very unimpressed with the overall experience and would not recommend staying here. One of the most concerning issues was finding human feces in the elevator, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel. We also needed a shaver during our stay and discovered that the room phone was not working, so we were unable to contact the front desk directly. When we called the front desk using a cell phone, we were told that we would have to come downstairs ourselves to pick it up rather than having it brought to the room. The valet service was another major disappointment. Our vehicle frequently took 10 minutes or more to be brought around, and we had to communicate with the valet several times before our car was retrieved. I specifically chose to pay the additional $40 valet fee because I wanted the convenience of having my vehicle safely stored and readily available. Unfortunately, the valet service made me feel less comfortable about the safety of my belongings, not more. What concerned me even more was noticing through my vehicle’s app this morning that my car had been left unlocked. After paying extra specifically for valet service because I was concerned about the security of my belongings, this was extremely unsettling and completely defeated the purpose of using valet in the fi

This location is ideal. I will return to this hotel in the future, as it has everything you could need—cleanliness and highly helpful staff. It was a pleasant stay.

When I booked, it told me I had free parking included, when I checked in, they said that they don’t offer free parking. I had to show them that that’s what my reservation said, and then they gave me a code to my parking so everything was good, except I would check the website for people who might stay in the future free parking was a big deal for me and I probably wouldn’t have stayed and I known there really was a free parking. The parking was almost as expensive as the room rate. But I would stay there again if I needed to.

Exceptional
-
The history No stair use and no walking around to check out the hotel
-
Was close to downtown shopping centers and restaurants Good location
-
The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The noise at nighttime and the fact that we had schedule cleaning in the morning instead of not knowing we had to call. And that our refrigerator was not working is a little downer and the WiFi was in and out was a little upsetting.
