Not Much.... Location was good, Good AC system. Recieved E-Mail the Morning of our stay about the elevators not working, and was unable to find alternate lodging that was anywhere near to the riverwalk. It exausted us each time we had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor as we are 60+. As well as the pillows were the worst pillows of any hotel stay we have ever been in. Half Pillows really?? Horrible rust around the handles and fixtures in the bathroom. As far as the Breakfast goes, I have had Tea that was stronger than the coffee that was served. Bacon was mushy and not good. As far as having to use the stairs as it goes it was very difficult with our bags and such. Overall we were not happy with our stay there. Due to the elevators not working during the hottest time of the year in a scense sorta ruined our stay there along with the other. As well as having to pay $90 for two nights of parking was really stiff. Overall not very happy as it was our 31st wedding anniversary. :-( Would appreciate some kind of reimbursment or something.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very accommodating. The elevator did not work during my stay. Housekeeping should wipe the countertops and bathroom counters during their room fresh ups.

Disappointing
-
Location was convenient to River walk and Alamo. Lots to do and see within walking distance of hotel. Staff was very polite and Angel, the valet was very helpful. One elevator was broke when we checked in. Our 1st morning when going down to breakfast the 2nd elevator broke down and we got stuck inside. So, no elevator the entire stay and we walked up & down 4 floors the entire stay! We kept being told, "it should be fixed tomorrow."

Location, very central. Check in attendant was rude & basically said take what you get.

We had two rooms, both were damp and smelled of mildew. AC did not work well. The bathroom had visible mildew in the shower and a lot of rusted hinges etc. 4 throw pillow size pillows on a king bed. Tiny Tv for the size of the room. The rooms were just gross, my adult children who are not picky thought it was nasty too. We were there for one night. I woke up with a sore throat and we just left. Ick. This place needs to be renovated. The windows need some sound proofing. Drag racing kept us up until about 2AM. Over all a do not stay.

It was very convenient walk for everything The property itself was fine and comfortable. It was just a staff. And also the sofa mattress has a stain.

The hotel is centrally located to downtown tourist sites and totally walkable. The room and restaurant were awesome! I would definitely recommend it! Angel, the valet attendant, was very knowledgeable about the area and her recommendations were great! Nothing to report. We were very satisfied with our stay.

More options for breakfast should be there.

We had to switch hotels last minute and we were able to get a room quickly here. It was located downtown within walking distance to the Riverwalk. Staff was friendly, room was clean and there was free breakfast available. If you like a child room for sleeping, this is the place to be. Quick walk to the park if you have a pet traveler. The bed was not the most comfortable. One of the elevators were out of service and made it inconvenient on our check out day. Also, I love ice in my drink and the machine on our floor was out is service
