Hotel is surrounded by beauty and it felt cozy. Our room's TV did not work. It seemed like the box was pulled out. Room was #529.

Room was clean, and staff was friendly. Walking distance to the Riverwalk and Alamodome.
-
Clean room, quiet and close to downtown/RiverWalk. Reasonable priced for the busy weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

I think it's disgraceful that you charge $32 per night for parking. Parking should come with the stay. Shame on you for gouging and taking advantage of your guests! We will not be staying again
-
Our previous room at a different hotel cancelled on us last minute. We quickly found and booked this hotel on a whim and we were quickly accommodated. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again.

I love going to San Antonio at least once a year and always try to find a room near the river walk. I came across Hampton because this is the hotel I usually stay at when in Orlando and it was a great stay! Receptionist and house keeping are very nice and welcoming. It’s in a great area to explore downtown too! Will definitely be back here in the future.
