Every thing was great . Staff breakfast room . It was clean no issues at all The hot water could be a bit hotter

It was a good price. Loved our vallet attendant! The breakfast could use some improvement. The scrambled eggs were disgusting! Coffee was bad also.

Overall I really enjoyed staying here, the hotel and room were very clean and there were great breakfast options in the morning. However, bed and pillows were terrible. The bed felt like there was no padding or support left and you were sleeping on springs. The pillows were so flat I had to stack 2-3 to get something to sleep on. Together it made for some rough nights sleeping.

Bed in the room was hard as a rock and no water pressure in the shower.

Good location just a short walk from The Alamo and Riverwalk. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable, All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The only downside for me, was the noise from the Interstate, which did keep me awake but I am a light sleeper.

I will NEVER patronize the Hilton hotel chain again. My trip wasn't for pleasure, but to visit a sick family member.

Room need to be clean more . Wall paper coming off . I had to run water for like 10-15 minutes so warm water could reach the shower. Which it was an inconvenience. I though it was only out room but after talking to other people it was also their room. Breakfast was a plus n it was included

Staff was great and very helpful

The rooms were pretty small but clean. Location was great for what we needed. Saved a lot of money by parking on the street. The website claimed 24 hour coffee. However evetytime my husband went for coffee it was either cold or out. He had to ask for it at least 6 times during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was OK.

There is cheap parking out front if you can get it and they let me know before i paid for valet, i only went for a concert so it was helpful to sabe the money. The breakfast was not bad and staff was super sweet. The room was very clean and had a nice big window. It was a great experience all in all considering we didn’t require a long stay but I’m sure a longer stay would have been just as accommodating. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Clean room, bed was comfy and staff was very nice and friendly.

Aside from sleeping we didn't use much of the other facilities.

The front desk, Shelby was amazing! The breakfast was good too!
