La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

Was not happy with the parking fees of $38 and $ 18 hotel fee. We got a room in the 5th floor somewhat clean but not super clean there where lots of hair in the shower curtain, beds weren’t made nicely not tucked in our room was kinda of old the trims were worn out needs a little tender love. Great location I give that a 5

We also had a constant dripping all night long from the AC unit. Other than that, it was a great place.

Great hotel by the river walk.

When checking in I was greeted and even told that if I needed anything day or night, the staff would immediately take care of the issue. The hotel was clean as was the room. I did have a small problem with my AC but it got resolved quickly and efficiently. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would love to book again.

Resort Fee wasn't disclose during check-in. Found out checking out.

I paid for parking then when I got back there was unavailable. I had drive around for one hour to get one. I don’t know what’s the point of charging for parking if it is not available.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff. They helped me check in early and had the room clean with the air conditioner ready running for us when we arrived.

Hotel canceled my reservation and nothing was said to me about it drove 14hrs get there and they wouldn't fix it nor did they care hotel was fully booked

Great place to stay in San Antonio

The staff's attitude hasn't been great from day one. If they aren't ready to handle events, they really ought to change their personnel that’s the first thing they should do and be prepared for everything that comes up during the event days. They were short-staffed, and not all the elevators were working; you had to wait up to 20 minutes just to go up or down. This happened around 10:30 PM.

Parking in San Antonio downtown/riverwalk area is expensive My wife and I are in our 70’s We can still walk just not long distances So if we wanted to see something we had to park close to it. And all your parking fees add up Parking became one of our main expenses on our 4 day weekend

Staff was kind! Clean nice rooms! Only downfall was having to pay for parking.

Bad customer service, front desk staff were rude and did not answer the phone. Rooms were dirty and they don’t have enough staff to clean the rooms.

El almuerzo muy completo, los waffles son deliciosos y acompañados con huevo y cereales todo muy bien. Las habitaciones muy limpias, solo el estacionamiento me cobraban al salir y entrar continuamente ya que estaba en trámites de mi hija con el colegio pero hablando con la oficina nos dieron unos tickets que validaron. Muy recomendado, muy cerca del river walk y claro que volveremos a este hotel.

Wasn’t the best stay, shower wa sorry and broken, pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable, and go unnecessary charges after my stay.
