We had the best experience. Everything was a short walk distance. There was no need for us to even drive anywhere. Clean facilities, great helpful staff, and easy check in and checkout. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Will definitely visit again!

This was a disaster from start to finish. To start, the parking garage elevators don’t work so be ready to trek up 3 flights with luggage. Then we get to the check in desk and there no king beds left… they “over sold” so they put us in a a double queen which is more of a double full. Took 30 minutes to get an elevator to our room because those were down as well. The room had hair on the floor behind the door, pillows were uncomfortable and beds were like a rock. Our curtains didn’t work so we couldn’t roll them all the way down or up. The water pressure was horrible and the bathroom stunk so bad. The only good think I can recommend about this place is the burgers and the bar. Avoid this property at all costs.

Just nice Construction
-
Very convenient for shops and access to the riverwalk
-
Horrible check in. The room we paid for was never made available and the staff seemed completely uncaring. The rooms are small and not very nicely furnished, the pool area is not clean and the smell of chemicals is overpowering, and the noise in the area makes it very difficult to sleep.
-
Clean room & good staff. Valet parking ONLY was outrageously expensive! Little to no benefits for frequent traveler program members.

Damen, the man who helped me with my luggage was a outstanding representation of the Marriott. Could use a designated smoking area
-
Everything was walking distance
-
My Only complaint was the breakfast was not included in the stay. Not Fair. To much money already

The Marriott RC is by far the best hotel team I’ve ever been around. They are family!!!!

And lastly the Elevators are extremely fast and plenty of them didn't have to wait long abt total of 12(Elevators) We had an issue with the rooms AC had to call twice and issue was still not fixed stayed at 72 degrees the entire time considering the humidity. Also our room was not user friend had sleep away sofa in front of the bay window didn't have easy access to open up curtain. And not enough space in room .Also didn't have mini fridge to keeps drinks cold . Also the main entrance needs to be swept or blown off regularly to have that extra curb appeal and the Valet or the traffic needs some better guidance was a Caos trying to keep traffic moving smoothly and it was extremely confusing

Clean hotel, comfy room and bed. Location, location.

Pros: This proprty has high volume but is clean and well-maintained. The elevators operate a little diffeerently. but once you figure it out, you'll appreciate the efficiency.
