It was a lovely hotel and nice common area, but it lacked the most important part of a hotel stay - a bed. Staff was kind and professional, but I’m not sure I would return.

Great room, staff and location but the air conditioner was less than desired. We sweated all night long. We thought it was just us, but there were other people in the elevator complaining about it too. With that said, and all things considered, I would stay there again. Just be prepared to sweat if the air conditioner is not working well.

The Grand Hyatt was right on the walking access to the River Walk which made it easy to get to restaurants and shopping.

I stayed on the 19th floor. The bathroom (shower/tub) was filled with hair on the tiles and inside the tub. The AC unit did not work properly. I had to turn the AC down to 63/64 degrees to try to keep the room cool, in which it still did not remain cool down. It was hot with dry air. I ended up with an itchy throat and a cough, while not getting any decent sleep. Nice hotel, great amenities, great location, but the room, terrible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10! We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn't have been better—it was so convenient to walk to the Alamodome, and everything we needed was just minutes away. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Antonio!

The staff was great from the greeting to the check out. We got complementary bottled water, margaritas and $20 a day to spent on food. The room was clean and we had a view of the Tower of America. The door man greeted us as we pulled up to check in.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It’s very well located with access to the River Walk. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops in the area. Walking distance to the Alamodome where we saw a concert of AC/DC.
