La Hacienda near Alamodome & Riverwalk

Clean room, friendly staff, located near the Alamodome

I loved the fact that I had access to private parking right on the property at no extra cost add that to the property itself which was very kept up with nice and clean and very quiet there was nothing not to like about the property No complaints

Location was located close to the venue. Parking was limited.

The room was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Ac worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Parking is a little small but I think its as good as it can be with the location.

The front desk guy.. I can't remember his name but it started with an M.. Was nice enough to call me when I was late for my scheduled check in time. I was running late and explained I would be there much later than expected. When I got there he was happy to see me and saved a parking spot for me as well. Gave me 2 bottles of water. The room was clean and fresh. Water pressure for the shower was excellent. No issues encountered. I sleep on a very firm mattress and this one wasn't firm. But there's nothing I can do about that.

Clean Location

I chose this hotel because of its high rating. However, I was very disappointed with my stay and the overall experience. The staff did not provide good service. There was no drinking water available at the hotel, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the hotel is located in a neighborhood with several abandoned houses, which made the area feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Our reservation and check in was quick and with no issues. Beautiful rooms, decor, super clean. We will definitely be returning soon.

Location and price. Compressor on air-conditioner needs help. Loud. Dusting needs to be done.

I had a wonderful stay at this Inn! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay close to the River Walk and the Pearl District. Everything was great. No complaints.
