Very clean room. Front desk was very nice! Beds were very comfy and ac was cold perfect! Despite it being in downtown i loved that there was self parking at no charge. Everything was great!

Location was close to Alamodome. There was 2 parties in front of us and it took 40 minutes to check in. They had called us at 1pm to verify our reservation for 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and after checking in, room was still not ready. After we went to room, there were no towels in room. The parking is extremely small. Maybe parking for about 15 cars total!!

Sheltered Parking, practical and fast check in, room exactly like in pictures. Facilities, they should change or give more instructions on using the facilities inside the room, they are hard and not practical using them. Kettle for example, but also shampoo dispensary etc

Amazing in every way.... the colorful room decorations and furniture...the staff went above and beyond to be kind and hospitable Quiet neighborhood in downtown...peaceful Fridge was actually cold upon arrival!!! Freezer part even refroze my ice bags!!
