Convenient location. Kitchenette in room was bonus. Security guard on duty No real room service. Dirty swimming pool, broken elevators, housekeeping doesn't speak english.

Close to the base. The pool was cloudy.

If you’re visiting someone at Lackland AFB this is a great place to stay. 5 minutes from the base. 15 minutes and you’re downtown.

Such a wonderful place to stay i highly recommend!

One of the elevators was out of order.

We liked how clean everything was. Enjoyed the saltwater pool. Beds were comfortable. This hotel was great for what we were doing.

Room was exceptionally clean. Mattress was the most comfortable I've experienced in a long time.

Stayed for 3 nights while in town for my son's BMT Graduation. Super clean, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and very well equipped. Highly recommend and will stay here again

**READ 1ST BEFORE BOOKING** This is the only hotel I have ever had to pay completely upfront for, usually they just put the incedintal charge on your card until you check out. I had no problem with this but just found it odd. Also the elevator was not working and we wernt informed of that until we made it to the elevator and it said out of order. The carpet in my room felt wet at 1st then realized it was “sticky” like maybe it had been shampooed but not finished. The showers drain plug was broken and we had to keep it lifted up with the knob for the water to drain properly. Also you were either freezing or hot. It was like the thermostat didn’t register a normal 70-71 degrees. MOST important we had the lens covers to our back tail lights stolen off in the middle of the night. And lastly even though this hotel is close to the base it is in a rough area. Lots of homeless people and people standing on corners asking for money and loitering at the corner stores looking sketchy.

Room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazing! So accommodating Well, I would have like an outdoor pool. But everything else is great.

Though, Internet was not working during stay there.

P

Smells really good and the kitchen in the room is a really good addition Inability to access the building through the back gate when maps directed me there twice

everything was great and quiet, the back gate closes at 9pm and maps always takes you to the back gate so after 9pm use the one way frontage road entrance

The rooms were very clean, including restrooms! The hotel in general was great!
