Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Antonio Lackland AFB - SeaWorld Area

The breakfast was good; the hallways were clean and parking was readily available. The room was freezing upon first entering / a/c was set way too low, 66 degrees. The toilet had rust stains on the lip around the top of the toilet and the drawers did not close.

The only thing is that the room looks very dated. The bathroom door paint was chipped off and the grouting around the tub was also chipping off. but for the most part the room was clean. the breakfast was good, staff was friendly,

Exceptional

good breakfast and you can door dash. also close to military base

Clean room and nice staff

They provided little bags of snacks on both mornings of BMT graduation. The A/C was exceptional, especially in that hot muggy climate. Was really close to base so it was a quick commute for graduation. The beds had dirty sheets when we checked in, which was disgusting. Got in super late and didn't want to complain right away so slept on top of the bedding. Also, the beds themselves were very uncomfortable to sleep on. My bed had an indentation right at hip level that I kept falling into.

Clean room

Location, cleanliness, staff Outside fence needs repaired

Mgr was pleasant & king....

It was close to everything we needed to do for basic training graduation Not a think Adequate accommodation for the money

M

the rooms where very clean and the staff where good. the breakfast was just ok, not many choices and the had boiled cut up for scrambled eggs. the out side was ok and the area was not the best. location to Lackland AFB was great.

Didn't eat Pool no lights and water hazy

Bathroom was clean but again in need of updating. Water pressure in the shower was great and plenty of hot water for a lengthy shower. There was a loveseat in the room but it also needs to discarded. It is leatherette/vinyl with some unsightly rips and tears. The staff was very welcoming and stated several times if we needed anything just let them know. I can't say anything about breakfast because we left before it was served in order to go to Lackland Airforce Base for graduation ceremonies. The staff did provide a snack bag to take which had water, nutrition bars and peanut butter crackers. Location is great if you're going to the base but just be aware it is located in a very sketchy part of San Anotonio. Lots of homeless people and I was told many businesses in that area closed because of repeated break ins. For what we paid for two nights it was adequate but offering the rooms at maybe a 20 dollar drop would match what it's worth with the updates needed.

We absolutely loved it here! Grandson graduated AF basic training and we were super close to the base. They go above and beyond for military families.

Good overall

The place could be much better

Very good
