Clean and nice. Staff and management very friendly!

HUGEEE ass roaches in the room, stained beds, floors, and walls. Lock on door didn’t seem to work, area and people there seemed completely unsafe and sketchy. Got weird ass marks all over my legs and arms from probably bed bugs or whatever else was living in that room with me. Do not ignore the reviews this place is not it.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location for my purposes was perfect. Plenty of interesting restaurants nearby plus the Wolff where the Double A San Antonio Missions play. The WiFi was spotty at best.

I really wanted to like Econo Inn Lackland AFB as a low cost option for those visiting Lackland to see their son or daughter graduate Basic Military Training. Partly because of the location close to the base (within a 10 minute drive to the Luke East Gate), it seemed like a good no frills option for housing and their staff was so kind in trying to accommodate me. But there were too many issues I encountered. First issue was the large cockroach in bathroom by the tub in my first room. After changing rooms, the second issue was the sticking door that caused the door handle to break off in my hand when trying to close it. After changing to another room, the third issue was the smoke-smelling room (despite this being a no-smoking hotel). I kept the room since there were no others. Fourth issue was the rain leaking through the ceiling on my last night there waking me up at 4AM from the dripping from the ceiling nearly landing on my open laptop. Aside from these issues that directly affected me, there was at least one abandoned car in the parking lot (tires flat) as well as some long term residents living in one of the rooms. To be fair, the beds were clean and soft with no signs of bed bugs in the three rooms I examined, the room air conditioner worked well to cool the room, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and parking was plentiful. Everyone makes their own choice on where they decide to stay, so please use this info in making your decision.

Staff was wonderful

Overall for the price this hotel is okay. It was clean we did have a little incident with some things but the staff quickly addressed it. The water pressure was not the best, but the water was hot. The location was good for what we went to San Antonio to do. It was just okay it was a good value for the price.

I like it a whole lot I can get some rest when I need it

Everyone was very friendly. I really enjoyed visiting with Tank the guard dog. The water pressure in the shower. And no coffee pot

it was disgusting. toilet was dirty, shower was dirty, bed sheets full of stains and room full of cockroaches. loose big dogs walking around the area..I didn’t feel safe staying there

Don't need to say pretty much anything else. Read reviews from verified guests and you will know the type of property. Lesson learned you do get what you pay for.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT SOPHIE PATEL AND HER HUSBAND AND SONS !!!! THIS LADY WAS CHARGING 25$ FOR DEPOSIT WHICH WAS OKAY !!! I PAID AS EVERYONE DID , AS MY NIGHT GOES ON I TOOK A SMOKE BREAK OUTSIDE MY ROOM AND SOPHIE THE MANAGEMENT SIMPLY TOLD ME I WASNT ABLE TO SMOKE IN ROOM WHICH I RESPOND IM NOT SMOKING INSIDE IM OUTSIDE MY DOOR AND SHE RESPOND THERE NO SMOKING POLITELY WHICH IN FACT SHE DOSE HAVE A POLICY LETTER IN THE FRONT DESK AND IT SAYS NO SMOKING IN A NON SMOKING ROOM !!! NOTHING ABOUT OUTSIDE !! AGAIN A HOUR LATER SHE COMES BACK TO KY DOOR ACCUSING ME OF SMOKING AGAIN , I SIMPLY TOLD THIS LADY I STOPPED AS SOON AS SHE ASKED ME TO ONLY BECAUSE ME AS A MOM WITH NO CAR I RATHER STOP SMOKING BEFORE GETTING KICKED OUT AT NIGHT WITH MY SON AND HAVING TO LOSE 60$ WITH NO REFUND AND A 25$ DEPOSIT I JUST DID AS ANYONE WOULD , BEFORE CHECK OUT THE NEXT DAY I MADE SURE I CLEANED UP AFTER MYSELF AND MY 2 YEAR OLD I HAVE , I WENT TO THE DESK TO GET MY 25$ DEPOSIT BACK AND THIS LADY SIMPLE SAID HER HOUSE KEEPER WHICH THE LADY IS JUST A JUNKIE NOT A REAL HOUSEKEEPER ANYWAYS SOPHIE PROCED TO CALL THE HOUSEKEEPER AND SIMPLY REPYED MY ROOM WHERE ME AND MY 2 YEAR OLD WAS STAYINGi THAT OUR ROOM SMELLS LIKE SMOKE WHICH IS A DAMN LIE WHEN SHE SIMPLY TOLD ME TWICE ALREADY LADY WAS REFUSING TO CHECK THE ROOM HER SELF AND WAS REFUSING TO GIVE MY 25$ BACK UNTILL I THREATENED TO CALL COPS AND HAVE TO ACT OUT MYSELF CAUSE THIS LADY WAS DRY ASS TRYING TO KEEP MY 25$ SONS AND HUSBAND ARE VERY INAPPROPRIATE AS WELL SON SAW ME AND MY SON GOING TO BUS STOP AT THE CONER TO GO GET SNACKS FROM THE STORE AND SIMPLY DRIVE BY FASTT THIS WHILE HOTEL IS A SCAM AND WORTHLESSS TO STAY @!!!!!!! WOULD DEFINITELY NOT COME BACK AND SPEND A DIME HERE AGAIN EVERYTHING

It was clean, quiet and comfortable

It's close to my ultimate destination, Nelson Wolff Stadium, and the price was an incredible value. The room was quite neat and clean. No coffee!!! That was the moment I realized that the place is inexpensive for a reason. The good news was I had nearby options for breakfast and coffee.
