2.Small room but there's a microwave and a fridge. 3.clean tub and hot water 4.room is serviced everyday. 5.front desk a bit rude 6.surrounding area is sketchy 7.When we checked out we waited for Uber for like 30 minutes and during all that time there was nobody at the front desk. I just left the key on the desk...customer service needs improvement

The room was not clean whatsoever, the ice machine had mold growing on it, and the drinks from the vending machine were expired. Each time I walked around the room my feet would become black from all the dirt. The towels were stained and the bedding had what looked like holes burned in it. Would not come back.

You definitely get what you pay for. The area itself was ok, but made me a little nervous but not too bad lol. It was clean for the most part. The guy that checked me in was the guy that did housekeeping the next morning, not sure if that is normal but figured i would say. It’s definitely close to base. I would book again but tbh i would probably stick with my Hiltons and Hyatts. But for such a short notice booking it was great and i saved money. Didnt try the breakfast and dint go to the swimming pool. Oh my bathroom window was broken with no screen and lead to the back of the building.

The room was very cleaned compared to the past reviews , bed was clean . Restroom was clean and bathtub was very clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They even offered rides for very cheap compared to uber and Lyft. Would definitely stay there again. 😆

This property looks nothing like the photos. It is very disgusting. I had two refrigerators in my room and neither one of them worked. No one cared. The floor was disgusting. There was someone else else’s hair all in the bathtub that did not drain. There was so much stuff on the floor. I actually bought a broom from the dollar store and dustpan. No refund policy. If you are in town for the Air Force graduation, it is definitely not within walking distance. There is an instruction site where that would be and you cannot get onto that so you have to go down the street and turn and then turn again. It’s not safe to cross that major highway like that either so don’t think that it’s 20 minute walk distance when it definitely is not. People who apparently live on their property coming into your room. When you’re not there. The lady told me I had very nice belongings. I did not feel safe at all. Expressed concerns no one cared also no ice machine and Coke machine. Whenever I expressed about that on the ring camera, I was told that sorry not working. The price was not what it was on the website it was at charged. Whenever I ask, why was the price difference? I was told that it was temporary it definitely is not. This was the worst day for something that should have been a great moment. I have not ever left a terrible review on anyone. I even left a day and a half early again no refund.

It is a basic room, but meets our expectations.

It was clean. Staff was great especially the front desk staff parking spot was great and my best part was that it was literally mins from the base I was happy I choose this location for my son’s graduation I would choose this location all over again.

Proximity to airbase

Nothing the room was dirty couches had stains trash cans still full from the last guest Everything.

The room is not clean and has cockroaches, spiders and ants in the room.

Nothing. It was horrible The couch was disgusting, the sheets had blood on them, the towels were stained, the chair had old mold growing on it. There were dead bugs in the room when we walked in. The walls had old slim/mold on them. The phone was busted and the pillows smelt like sitting water. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in 38 years.

Continental breakfast was good, when it was open We had a coffee maker, no coffee was left by housekeeping I would stay again. It was close to everything for our stay

They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again.

I wouldn’t recommend, par for the price

The staff was very helpful and friendly and conveniently located close to the USAF base.

Decent price Water was too hot, I could hear the people next to me in the other room. The key card went out!!
