Esther was super nice and very helpful and took my feelings into consideration thankfully, she was a staff on the day that the incident happened That online it said that it was a Roland ⚡️ shower that had all the accessibility for a person who needed access and it wasn’t

I was put in room 303. That’s a really terrible room with the musty smelly. Ac temp down button broken, refrigerator weren’t working and food left over from previous customers. Ceiling leak and has mold. I requested to change room and the 1st day staff just said they have no spare room. They just changed another working refrigerator, switch the ac to force it blow cold air to bring down the room’s temp. The door knob need to lift up to completely lock otherwhile it just open widely. The morning after 1st night, it was raining and water leaked inside the room. At that point, the manager reluctantly change us a new room early in the morning. The new room is clean. We just stay for 2 nights but the experience is uncomfortable.

This hotel was very clean. It’s quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Construction outside building loud even at night. The air conditioner didn’t keep room cool and was loud when it ran.

Pool was nice and breakfast was good Rooms smells

So besides the carpet was very dirty but the room they gave us had dead bugs and leaves and dirt all over the floor. There was a dead roach on the floor. It was basically very dirty. As well the beds were really hard and stiff. When you first get on them you feel the wood frame. The breakfast was not as expected. Waffle mix was watered down. The eggs were rubber coffee was like brown water. Sausage was dry. I hate to give hotels a bad mark but if you could go to one that’s closer I would recommend it.

We stayed here 4 nights when going to a concert at the Frost Bank Center. No problems at all. We had a king suite. Lots of space! Bed was a little firm for my comfort, but my husband loved it, lol!

Location It was super hot in the hotel and the A/C in our room didn’t work very well, so it was a but stuffy at night. Not very happy with that but I didn’t have another option.

Nothing They attempted to run my card for $ 775.00 ok when it popped up on my phone I declined it. Everything in the area was booked. So I paid cash and the deposit on my cashapp card for 75. Ok When checking out another guy was there and didn't catch it they got him for 800 talking about will credit your card in 10 to 30 days. He went off. Breakfast garbage waffle make water down and syrup. Smoke free but smell like weed in elevators and hallway
