No me gustó la propiedad no tenía ni javon ni suficientes toallas lo más mal que me cobraron 79.85 de mi tarjeta y ya van dos días y no me reembolsaron nada yo pagué con espidia por dos cuartos y ellos quitaron de mi tarjeta 79.85 como depósito y no regresaron nada las sábanas se miraban sucias tuve que poner una sábana nuestra arriba para no dormir en ellas las almohadas muy incómodas no vuelvo a rentar este hotel nunca mas

The staff were very nice and switched me to a first floor room with close access to the dog walk area.

A/c went out when we were asleep woke up to a hot room. I asked for additional towel and was given stained towels. The pool needs cleaning, there’s a buildup ring around the pool. Carpet smells like mildew. The room’s foundation by the window seems to be breaking off or it the carpet wasn’t seal right.

Nice to be able to get back out to the main road, even though you have to cut through another business Faster elevator, they take as much time to go 3 floors, as my office goes 10 floors, extremely slow.

Easy to find, quiet clean and felt very comfortable No dislikes

The room was very clean and immaculate. Tv had plenty of channels and it was quiet and peaceful.

Room smelled mildewy, breakfast was god-awful and I doubt I’ll ever stay at a Wyndham hotel ever again.

Breakfast was good. The tabels in the dinning area need to be cleaned more often. Over all the cleanliness of the hotel and staff are lacking. Got to my room and it was humid in there, I later noticed that the floor by the window ac unit was all wet and the floor was already buckled. I told the front desk and they sent maintenance to look at the ac unit swapping it out with one that made so much noise it was waking me up during the night. They did not address the wet buckling floor or even offer to swap me rooms. My fault i didnt insist on them to change me rooms or get discounted for the inconvenience. There seems to be alot of traffic in this hotel and not all of it seemed to be vacationers. There was a weird homeless guy that just stood by the side back exit door, talking to himself. The cards dont work on the pool area or the door to get back in from the pool area. A lot of maintenance is need at this location. I will never stay at this hotel location again.

I always do a walk through and record the room how it is. The carpet seemed still dirty needed to be vacuumed 3rd light was out in bathroom and curtain was hanging a bit probably missing a clip .There wasn't a remote for the TV or any body wash or extra toilet paper but I did call front desk and the gentleman brought everything up to the room. Very fast and nice

This is the first time I have ever felt led to leave a review on a place if that tells you anything... There was food under the bed (not from us), the shower floor was dirty (we wore shoes to shower), the sink had built up dirt underneath where the countertop came over it, the curtains had massive stains on the backside, the bedskirts had stains, the windows had no screening (you could see straight in), the AC made the clothes I laid out in front of it wet, the walls had all different colors in patches... The first night we were there, we were awoken by the sound of a woman SCREAMING angrily at the top of her lungs at 4am. Nothing was said to her, but she finally stopped at some point. We also had our toilet stop working - we went to the front desk guy, and he told us to call the front desk (are you not the front desk???). Someone brought us a plunger in a bag and told us to fix it. The plunger had severe bite marks all over it (the handle was seriously almost bitten off). I plunged and fixed the toilet myself. Towels had stains. We didn't use any other amenities except for the ice, and it was very dirty. The road it is on was also awful. All in all, it was okay just to sleep, but I got out of there as soon as the trip was over!

The only good thing was that there are 2 gas stations walking distance. Allot of thing's. The room felt humid. Only 2 towels for 5 guests. I asked for extra and took for ever to give me them. Same with the toilet paper. Not once did house keeping checked to see if our room was clean. Stayed there 2 nights by the way. My windows curtain was hanging from the side meaning people could look inside our window. Sheets looked dirty and pillows were flat. Not a good stay. The lobby was hot!

The location was great to meet my scheduled events. The entrance door would close and lock without it being pulled shut. Certain wasn't hung correctly.

I stayed at one of your compeditors down the road last year for SpaceCon, and long story short, I will never do that again. I checked in quickly with your outfit, the room was clean--coffee maker was missing, so I reported that immediately and it was quickly resolved--and the staff was friendly and great. I'll be choosing this place again next year!

Breakfast was extremely limited. Rooms seemed to not be properly cleaned and had stains and holes in walls.

The front end service was excellent. The breakfast was disappointing. I was expecting more verity to choose from.
