The location was good for an overnight stay and easy access to the Frost Center. However, the hotel was dirty and lacking maintenance. There was black mold in the bedroom, blood stain on the comforter, all chairs in the pool were broke and missing bottoms. Breakfast was adequate and standard continental. Would never stay there again and would not recommend.

Shabby! Room did not have body wash. The shower door door not close properly so the floor got completely wet. Walls were thin. Could hear others talking. Carpets are old and filthy.

This place was ok. Needs a good cleaning and updating especially the furniture. It was a one night stay and the bed sheets were clean. The whole room needed a deep clean. Lots of debris in the hallway, dead roach outside the elevator, elevator floor needed a good mopping, the hallways were hot. Overall I would not chose to stay again.

no lo recomiendo esta muy susio. no hay javol para las manos. no papel de bano. en la noche estubo mojandose la carpeta por el aire acondicionado. al dia siguiente me cabiaron de abitacion un poco mejor. able a la persona de serbicio para un descuento y medigeron que el manejador no estaba y que regresaria en una semana y que les ablara despues de una semana para ver si me diera un descuento y no contestan asi que a sido una mala experiencia no lo recomiendo el desyuno muy malo.

The staff was friendly The shower was gross. There was black and red mildew everywhere. It appeared that shower had never been cleaned. The room had multiple patches in the ceiling for water leaks. And the room over all felt dirty and nasty.

The hotel provide ride for those who do not have a rental. First time having a bad experience with a front desk. This lady forgot her name was kinda impatience. Maybe don’t bring your problems from home to work.

I liked that it was close to where I needed to be. The rooms were disgusting! The floors were dirty, hard and smelled. The walls had holes and stains. The beds were dirty with other people’s hair in it and sheets were stained. The ceiling had a huge spot hanging, that looked like it was going to cave in. The pool was not clean but opened. We got out of there quick!

Not good experience

The room was hot even with the AC on 64. The breakfast was powered eggs at 830 they ran out of food on sat. Went out for breakfast on Sunday. the rooms smelled of the food that others had delivered.

Room never got cleaned while we were there . Had to ask for clean towels and took out my own trash. Ac in the room seemed not to work good

The breakfast was okay but the facility in general was very filthy. When I went for hand sanitizer there was none. The cleanness could have been better. Our room was filthy I can tell they hadn't vacuumed theres was a cockroach in the corner of the room. Hairs on the floor. Chips in the backboard. The bottom boxspring was dirty and had a cigarette stain on it. The restroom floor also had dust and hairs. The elevators floors were sticky. The pool a lot little trash and hairs floating. Room 201 was gross! and our TV never worked.
